Very comfortable bed, great staff and excellent food.
Hotel typiquement anglais, cosy. Chambre confortable, repas et petit déjeuner étaient parfaits.
La lumière de la chambre était blanche - froide : 4000 K - ce qui n'était pas adéquat. A changer !
Poor cleaning and horrible smell in the room.
Parked right outside the hotel, staff were excellent throughout. Lovely clean room. Bathroom bleached and spotless. Comfy double beds. We had a lovely meal and a nice walk down to the marina.

Great location for access to Milford Haven marina, and good view from the room. Staff kindly found us a fan when we said the room was too hot. Spacious room. Free parking and not noisy even though the world cup was on.
Our room on the top floor was very hot (max temps outside 25C during the day), the window only opened a few inches so it couldn't ever cool down really.
Location was good for access to the sea front. Car parkiung but I got the last space and the hotel didn't seem to be that busy.
It was a hot night and there was no fan or aircon in the room. I didn't see any facilities for EV charging. Bar closed pretty early so that when I came in from having a meal I couldn't have a nightcap.

Staff did their best and were friendly but on first night the toilet wasn’t flushing we were asked to wait 15 minutes between flushes when we insisted we got another room and following day instead of being moved back into our original room we were put into what could only be described as a box - the bed was nearly on the floor no wardrobe for clothes no room to move no water pressure in taps or showers

Great location, staff were friendly and helpful.
The rooms were a bit hot, the hotel staff explained that they were trying to buy extra fans.
Was very busy when we arrived , end of year prom . Staff were very friendly and accommodating
Long wait at the bar but our waitress waited for our drinks as our food was ready . Food was tasty and hot and the same waitress even went back to the bar to get more drinks , above and beyond as it was busy, would definitely return - great ambience , staff , stayed in a budget room and super clean - will return
