Please note that The Bistro Restaurant is closed during the month of August. The rest of the year it is open every day from 11:00 to 13:00.

Very disappointed

Cons:

Staff were very unhelpful. Very confusing feedback. We asked for a better room. One receptionist checked on the computer and said yes available from tomorrow. Few minutes later her manager says no.

Excelente
Pros:

O hotel é excelente, bem localizado, limpo, os colaboradores muito educados e gentis. Estávamos com crianças e idosos, alguns muito seletivos na alimentação, a equipe do NH foi muito solicito e organizou a refeição da forma como pedimos. Além disso sempre nos atenderam prontamente. Quero parabenizar a todos e principalmente o Oscar por tornar a nossa estadia extremamente confortável. Obrigado a todos.

Do not trust this hotel.
Pros:

Dining room was ok, but staffed by only one person.

Cons:

The hotel offered to book a pickup for us from the airport, which we accepted. They sent me a payment link, and I paid (a massively inflated fee), also filling in all of our flight into - flight number, departure airport (London Heathrow), arrival airport, time, airline.

However, it turned out to be a scam. When we arrived, I received a text to say the taxi driver had cancelled the collection. When I messaged him, he said the collection had been booked from the hotel and not the airport. If this is true, that was the hotel's error, not ours. It also makes no sense that they'd ask for all our flight information and then not realise we were flying in from London.

I called the hotel for help and they told me they had no number for the taxi firm (despite using them all the time for their clients) and they suggested we just get a taxi from the airport.

We had to queue for 40 minutes in the heat, with a 6 year old and an 80 year, and pay a second time for a taxi. On the original booking I'd also paid extra for a child seat for safety, which we obviously now could not get at the airport.

The taxi firm now won't refund us a penny (I understand keeping something for a failed collection, but all 90 Euros? For a trip they didn't even undertake?), and the hotel won't take responsibility for their error either, so I can only conclude that this is a scam they run together. The fact that nobody could even help me when I called from the airport speaks volumes.

Do not trust this hotel. Do not give them your money.

Estancia tranquila y cómoda

Me gustó mucho mi estancia en el hotel. En general, todo estuvo excelente: el ambiente era muy tranquilo, la habitación era amplia y cómoda, y la limpieza fue impecable. Fue un lugar perfecto para descansar y disfrutar de una estancia agradable. Sin duda, lo recomendaría.

Cons:

Lo que menos me gustó fue la ubicación, ya que es necesario disponer de transporte para visitar la ciudad. Además, la zona de la piscina podría mejorar, ya que en ocasiones las mesas tenían vasos y otros objetos de clientes anteriores, lo que daba sensación de falta de limpieza.

Aile olarak konakladık. Kahvaltı gayet yeterli. Odalar temiz ve kullanışlı. Klima güzel çalışıyordu. La rambra ve turistik yerlere yürüyerek ortalama 1-2 km arası. Yürüyerek, taksi veya toplu taşım ile istediğiniz yere kolayca ulaşabilirsiniz. Personel gayet güleryüzlü, kesinlikle tavsiye ederim
