Pros:

Otelin lokasyonu mükemmel. Gitmek isteyeceğiniz heryere yürüme mesafesinde. Yürümek istemeyenler için de Bolt zaten diğer tüm ulaşım ihtiyaçlarınızı karşılıyor.

Personel son derece ilgili ve yardımsever. Otel fiyatına göre çok yüksek performans sunuyor.

Cons:

Otelle ilgili sevmediğimiz tek bir nokta bile olmadı. Kahvaltısından faydalanmadığımız için o konuda yorum yapamıyorum.

A lovely place in the heart of Batumi!
Pros:

The location just can’t be better, it’s right in front of the Old Boulevard with a beautiful park and right next to the seaside. We loved that it’s a historical building, small and cozy, very quiet despite its central position. You can easily walk to any place of interest, from historical part of town to the New Boulevard. The room was nice, big and comfortable enough for 3 adults. It had a small terrace where we enjoyed tea in the morning. The reception staff was nice & helpful.

Cons:

The breakfast option is not very convenient: you pay a fixed price of 50 lari (if I remember well) but it’s not a buffet breakfast, you need to choose from the list beforehand and if you want just, let’s say, an omelette and a coffee, it’s not worth the money.

Es gibt absolut nichts auszusetzen. Ein wirklich tolles Hotel direkt am Meer und mitten drin in der schönen Altstadt. Das Frühstück war sehr reichhaltig und lecker.Jederzeit wieder.

Highly recommended, good value.
Pros:

I loved the building, it's like a mansion with high ceilings, finishes are good quality. We got upgrade from administrator Saba to the upper floor unit with the terrace!!! We had overview of downtown & seaside park. The location of the hotel is excellent, walking distance to the Boulevard Promenade & the beach. Bellboy Luka was helpful with a luggage, since there is no elevator, but presents no trouble at all.

Cons:

Breakfast package is not included in the price & you have to pay for it separately. The price is kind of high for Batumi.
