I was disappointed to be charged an additional $40 per day cleaning fee because I was traveling with my service dog.
Ironically, the only item that needed to be changed was the duvet, which I specifically requested to be replaced. Despite my request, I was left sleeping with the same duvet for almost an entire week. I also left tips for housekeeping throughout my stay, yet the duvet was never changed.
As someone traveling with a well-behaved service dog, I expected better service and a more reasonable approach to cleanliness and guest care.
Proximity to areas of interest. Classy but relaxed atmosphere. Accommodating staff that anticipates needs or desires.
The view outside the window is either an intersection or the back of buildings due to its location. Not every room can face the intersection/park.

The bathroom vanity was way too small and the bathroom doors didn’t open right.
Not much, spider webs. Broken shampoo tray. No toiletries that you expect from a 5 star hotel.
Last min cancelation fee that was not clearly explain and no flexibility for emergency. No empathy from the general manager sapana.
Amazing hotel - the stuff was amazing. Love the architecture of the hotel. The room was beautiful and the bed was so comfortable.

The hotel was nice and clean
There was two of us but only one shower towel and one wash towel and no wash clothes. I called for these items . And they said they would bring the but no such luck . When I said at the front desk . There was not even a sorry but instead just told how busy there were .
I like the hotel location and the service is so good, the valet parking is very convenient .
I had a room its a little bit small but for 2 guest and for the price and 1 night that's a really good, the beds are very comfortable i love it, everything clean. I'll be back for sure.
They need a bar 🍸 😊 o maybe there's a bar and I didn't see it
