Super hotel v zimě, je tam klid, vše pro děti a rodiny. Škoda, že lyžařské areály nefungují… Ale na Katschberg je to 25

Wir sind eine unkomplizierte Familie und reisen viel, haben also schon viele Hotels gesehen. Trotzdem haben wir uns hier gar nicht wohlgefühlt. Das Personal wirkte unfreundlich, die (vermutliche) Inhaber Familie sehr kalt und lieblos. Insgesamt herrschte im Hotel eine komische, unangenehme Energie. Die Einrichtung ist sehr alt und entspricht für uns keinesfalls einem 4-Sterne-Standard. Auch wenn der Kinderclub viele Spielsachen bietet, wirkte die Leiterin nicht vertrauenswürdig, sodass wir unsere Kinder dort nicht allein lassen würden. Insgesamt verstehen wir nicht, warum das Hotel 4 Sterne hat und weshalb es so viele überschwänglich positive Bewertungen gibt. Für eine Nacht war es in Ordnung, aber wir würden nicht wiederkommen.

Pobyt v Kinder- und Familienhotelu Nockalm byl naprosto výjimečný a splnil veškerá naše očekávání, možná je i předčil. Hotel je zasazen do krásné alpské přírody, která nabízí klid, čistý vzduch a skutečný odpočinek. Prostředí je velmi vkusné, elegantní a zároveň přátelské k rodinám s dětmi.

Personál byl po celou dobu pobytu neuvěřitelně milý, profesionální a ochotný – vždy s úsměvem a snahou vyjít vstříc. Gastronomie si zaslouží velkou pochvalu: jídlo bylo výborné, pestré a kvalitní, s důrazem na čerstvé suroviny. Wellness zóna byla perfektní pro relaxaci, zatímco děti měly spoustu možností zábavy a aktivit.

Celkově jde o hotel, kde je vidět láska k detailu, péče o hosty a opravdová snaha vytvořit nezapomenutelnou dovolenou pro celou rodinu. Rádi se sem vrátíme a hotel Nockalm můžeme s čistým svědomím doporučit všem, kteří hledají spojení komfortu, přírody a rodinné pohody.

Perfect location for the family to drive away to and have a good rest
Pros:

The location is very nice, we book one night and it was very nice.
We could charge our EV overnight and that was very good.
The breakfast was great, an open buffet with plenty of food and if something was empty then the staff filled it up fast.
