Pros:

地點超棒，鄰近地面電車（L1,2,3),也靠近公車站，中國城，達令港。旁邊的Market City裡面有亞洲超市，Red bottle買澳洲紅酒。

Comfortable. Good breakfast. Staff very helpful.

Location. Close to tram, train, paddy’s market, and restaurants.

Cons:

The rooms lacked personal touches, very cold looking and boring. Needs a desk, mirror, bigger tv, pictures on the wall.

Never again
Pros:

Currently staying at the furuma hotel and chose to stay for 7 nights. What can I say but will not be chosing to stay here again. The beds are the worst I have ever sleeped in, 2 single beds pushed together would be horrible staying as a couple and they are very uncomfortable. When room was maintained toilet paper was not stocked up and also as I had 3 people staying here we started with 3 towels after maintenance we had 2 towel so had to ask for more which isnt a big deal but still frustrating. Had to deal with people stomping upstairs every single night so was woken constantly through the night. Location is probably all this place has to offer. Will be glad to leave

Cons:

The room was not soundproofed like it said on the site. I was awake all night with loud construction and roadworks till after 5am.
Also it said daily housekeeping but this is only a service offered minimally for a fee.
The restaurant was closed.
There were ongoing internal renovations happening passed 8pm on arrival and again first thing in morning all through front of hotel.
