Amazing except for strong perfumes
Pros:

Clean, comfortable and good breakfast , big tv, nice bed

Cons:

The smell in the room was terrible, we had to keep the window opened ! They should not use those artificial chemical perfumes that are so strong it gave me headaches as well as my wife!

Хорошее расположение, но отдых был испорчен
Pros:

Неплохое месторасположения, близко до аэропорта Шопена и исторический центр тоже не далеко. Был относительно не плохо завтрак. На рецепции была вода и конфетки.

Cons:

При заселении сотрудники отеля не предупредили, что система кондиционирования не работает. Кондиционер включался, но холодный воздух не подавал. Еще при заселении мы заметили, что у некоторых номеров на этаже стояли вентиляторы, но нам никто ничего не объяснил.
В номере было очень жарко. Приходилось открывать окна, однако спать с открытым окном оказалось практически невозможно из-за сильного шума от оживленной дороги, который не прекращался ни днем, ни ночью. Именно возможность хорошо выспаться — одна из главных причин выбора отеля, но здесь этого сделать не удалось.
Подушки были старыми, сильно сбитыми и крайне неудобными. От гостиницы бренда Radisson Blu ожидаешь совсем другого уровня комфорта.
Чистота номера также оставила неприятное впечатление: на полу была пыль и грязь, а на изголовье кровати сохранились отпечатки рук предыдущих гостей.
Из плюсов я отметил удобное расположение и неплохой завтрак, однако перечисленные недостатки настолько испортили впечатление, что возвращаться в этот отель желания нет.
