Место расположения, отличный завтрак

Cons:

При бронировании был отправлен запрос на две раздельные кровати. Приходил ответ о том, что запрос удовлетворен, но при заселении кровать оказалось двухспальной и просьбу о замене номера готовы были выполнить только с понижением категории номера. Дверь в туалет - зеркальные раздвижные- как шкаф-купе, а выключатель света внутри)

Een erg prettig verblijf.
Pros:

Dit was voor mij al de 4de keer in een Radisson Hotel omdat ze op een goede locatie zijn. En elke keer is het personeel vriendelijk, bij het ontbijt is er erg veel keuze. Daarbij komt dat als er ook een restaurant is, dat ook altijd goed is.

Niets!!!

O 2 w nocy ktos z zalogi wszedl do pokoju rzekomo oferujac sniadanie na wynos, a oferowal jedynie voucher na piwo. Takie wydarzenie nie powinno miec miejsca. Karygodne.

During my stay on May 6 at Radisson Blu Sobieski, cash was taken from the zipped compartment inside my bag in the room after housekeeping. My transport card was left in place, so only the money was removed.

When I reported this, the reception insisted that I must have forgotten the money, which made me doubt myself at the time. In retrospect, I am convinced the cash was taken from my room.

I regret not calling the police immediately, as I felt dismissed rather than supported.

This experience seriously impacted my trust in the hotel. I recommend being extremely careful with valuables and always using the safe.

Lovely hotel with all needs met
Pros:

Breakfast was outstanding with hundreds of options. Little waiting to access anything. Reception area was very helpful. Room was spacious with comfortable beds and great shower. Clean facilities and rooms.

Cons:

Bar service was slow. Rooms were warm so opened window but then road noise made it hard to sleep. Uncertain if air conditioning was available/turned on. Further from historical sights but easily accessible using Uber, car, bus or distance walking.
