Please note the spa is separated into male and female areas and it is accessible at an extra cost. Staff at reception will provide more information.

Please note that guests of 18 years and under are not allowed in the Royal Club Fitness and Spa. In the spa, swimming trunks or costumes must be worn, as well as slippers and a shower cap. Slippers can be used for free and you can rent a cap for EUR 5.

An extremely emaculate, clean, high level and well situated hotel with excellent amenities.
Pros:

Extremely good and clean.
The downstairs /ground floor sitting areas and lounges were extremely good and spacious and was another holiday space. Could spend a day there without being bored. Lots of facilities and the hotel itself provided additional holiday amenities and adventurer. Must see when you are in Barcelona. Will always come here when we are in Barcelona.

Staff were very smart, presentable and professional.

Cons:

No Pressing irons in the room despite the room being classified as Excutive and hotel being 5 star.

Excellent Hotel with Awesome staff
Pros:

Excellent service; very nice room with my amenities
Concierge, bell staff, restaurant staff & front desk check in all very helpful & courteous; beautiful botanic gardens for walking!!!

Cons:

High prices in property’s restaurants - $40 pp for breakfast- we passed on that option; we had requested late checkout & they said no problem but they locked our room keys out
