Wonderful hotel, unfortunate breakfast incident
Pros:

Beautiful, impressive hotel with excellent facilities. Great restaurants, very friendly staff, delicious food, a fantastic coworking space, and a well-equipped gym. Perfect place to relax and recharge

Cons:

The only reason I gave a score of 7 was the breakfast experience on the second morning. Around 10:00 AM, a staff member behaved in a very unfriendly and arrogant manner toward guests approaching the buffet. Her attitude made it seem as if guests were doing something wrong simply by trying to get food.

I personally witnessed the entire situation while sitting at my table. What surprised me most was that her behavior appeared deliberate, almost as if she wanted to demonstrate to her colleagues how firmly she could deal with guests. It was uncomfortable to watch and completely out of place in a 5-star hotel environment.

I understand that the buffet closed at 10:00 AM, and one of the waiters had politely informed guests in advance that it would be closing soon. However, some guests were unaware of this and arrived at the buffet right at closing time. Instead of being guided politely, they were spoken to in a rude and inappropriate tone. Only afterward were they informed that another breakfast restaurant was available and open later.

The scene left a very bitter impression on me. Had I not witnessed this incident, I would most likely have given the hotel a perfect 10. The rest of my stay was excellent, and the professionalism of the other staff members was outstanding. For that reason, I hope management addresses this issue, as it does not reflect the standards expected from a luxury hotel.

I truly believe that luxury lies in the details, and this hotel delivered exactly that. From the umbrella offered at the door when it was raining, to the beautiful chocolate with a sparkling touch and "Barcelona" written on it, every gesture made me feel cared for. What impressed me most was the call from the receptionist about an hour after check-in, simply to ask whether everything was to my expectations.

These thoughtful touches created a genuine sense of comfort and hospitality. For me, it is all about the experience, and this team understands that perfectly. Thank you for making my stay so memorable.

Pros:

Everything. Bed was v comfortable, triple glazing reduced any noise from traffic, or the sports pitches/courts. Pool not busy so always able to find a lounger. Only 20mins by taxi to airport, even in rush hour.

Na pewno wrócę kiedyś do tego hotelu!
Pros:

Bardzo miły i pomocny personel hotelu.
Lokalizacja dobra, niedaleko stacja metra oraz komunikacja miejska, przed hotelem taxi.
W pobliżu hotelu liczne obiekty rekreacyjne oraz bliska odległość stadionu Camp Nou.

Cons:

Nie było takich rzeczy.
