Plesunt but expected to be more clean as 5 star
Pros:

I liked the botanical garden , rooftop and the lobby is quite spacious
Very friendly staff

Cons:

Unfortunately the cleaning was 5/10 as every
day i had to call myself to reception and ask them to send someone to clean. I also saw the cleaning lady dry the glasses in the room with the same cloth she did dusting ! on the corner of the rooms( we had 3 rooms) chandeliers you could see so much of dusts

We stayed at this hotel for the second time, hoping our first experience had just been an unfortunate exception. Unfortunately, this stay confirmed that we have no desire to return.
The service was extremely disappointing. When we arrived in the evening after a long flight, we wanted to book a room. The rate offered directly by the hotel was about 50% higher than the price available on Booking.com. When we said we would book through Booking.com instead, the receptionist told us that we would have to wait to be checked in, but if we wanted immediate check-in, we should pay the higher hotel rate.
When we politely asked if there was anything they could do, we were spoken to in a very rude and unprofessional manner. To make matters worse, we were told, “If you don’t like it, there’s another hotel nearby—you can go there.”

We then asked to speak with the manager. The receptionist, Margalida, claimed that she was the manager and said there was nothing she could do. She repeated that if we were unhappy, we could simply stay somewhere else.

Doen! Je krijgt geen spijt van deze ervaring.
Pros:

Wat een beleving. Je waant je in een Resort midden in het centrum van Barcelona (10 minuutjes van het centrum). En op loopafstand ook genoeg te doen. Er zijn ook gratis shuttles beschikbaar naar het centrum als je geen eigen vervoer hebt.

De binnenkomst is adembenemend. Je wilt eigenlijk niet eens weg. De service is top. Het eten is heerlijk. Het uitzicht is prachtig. Je moet jezelf meeslepen om Barcelona te gaan bezoeken.

Advies is om via hun eigen website de mogelijkheden te bekijken voor een red level experience. (Later ontbijten en vele extra's)

Complimenten voor Marta (met bril). Super ontvangst gehad!

Cons:

Dat we gingen uitchecken na deze heerlijke dagen :) het was ons eerste bezoek, maar zeker niet de laatste.
