DO NOT STAY HERE!
Cons:

I have seen so many good reviews about this place that’s what made me want to stay there while I was driving through. I had just gotten into Boise from Moses Lake, Washington. First of all I had reserved a room at 4:00 PM and tried calling the hotel to tell them I would be there until really late because I was coming from Moses Lake. No one answered the phone. So I called at 4:00 AM as I was getting into Boise and Mindy (the front desk lady) told me she had already checked me in and checked me out. First of all they aren’t allowed to charge credit cards unless you are there checking in. She then proceeds to tell me that they need a 24-hour cancellation advance, I reserved the room the same day so there wouldn’t be any way for a 24-hour cancellation advance. Also I never told her I wanted to cancel my reservation. She then told me she never got a call all night. She said that she had been there all day and night and never once heard her phone ring. I went and got my receipt from her and stood in the lobby for a good 10 minutes saying ma’am before she even came out of the back room from watching a movie.

The hotel from hell.
Cons:

The hallway was littered with what looked like dog treats; carpet dirty. The room was bare bones, looked onto the parking lot which had lights that shined into the room. In the morning there was no water due to a plumbing malfunction, but I wasn’t told. Later the water came on but no hot water. Still no word from the management. The room was way over-priced, as were the snacks for sale in the lobby.

Posizione comoda x raggiungere aeroporto . Parcheggio ampio.

Insonorizzazione camera insufficiente, essendo vicino alla autostrada notte terribile .

Loud road outside, weird overpowering perfume smell when you entered the room, the pool was really dirty, the bathroom fan didn't work ( multiple staff said they submitted a work order for it and then as we're leaving the manager says they know they didn't work they're all being replaced), for our five day stay room service only came once- this was irritating because the fitted sheet was loose on the beds and can't off each night). Pull out couch mattress was incredibly stained and no mattress protector or replacement mattress for be provided.

All in all, it was a good stay and I would stay here again.

It is an average stay. Don’t expect anything incredible

Proximity to the airport and the highway.

Cons:

The location was a bit sketchy, and there was a drunk guy that was harassing the staff when I went to check in. A police officer came in immediately afterwards and was looking for the guy to arrest him.
