As long as the breakfast stays the same, and nothing else changes. I'll be a return customer.
Pros:

The breakfast was everything that was lost when competitor Inn America became Garner.
Did not need to eat breakfast out once.

Cons:

Cleanliness behind the TV, refrigerator and microwave stand. Should be cleaned more often.

There were some stains on the sheets, pillows & a towel…gross! And the sheer window coverings you could see through which made it uncomfortable when getting dressed/undressed & difficult to sleep because all the lights from the truck stop next door shone through.

The perfect airport hotel for Boise
Pros:

We stayed at Hotel 28 because of its convenient proximity to the airport and our early morning flight. After a long drive from Reno, we arrived fairly late, around 9pm, but check-in was quick and efficient thanks to Nick.

I needed to return my rental car to the airport, and Nick kindly offered to pick me up afterwards using the hotel shuttle, which he did promptly. I was very grateful for that extra help.

The room was spacious and well appointed, with everything you’re likely to need. The bed was extremely comfortable. The only downside was the road noise, as our room was at the front of the building next to the freeway. It became quite loud from around 6am, although this wasn’t a major issue for us as we were already up early for our flight. If staying again, I’d request a room on the other side of the hotel.

Breakfast was included, and although the airport shuttle officially starts at 7am, Britney kindly offered to take us at 6:45am, which was perfect.

All in all, Hotel 28 was the ideal choice for an airport stay, and both Nick and Britney went above and beyond to make our short visit easy and comfortable. Thanks guys!

Loudest hotel I’ve ever been in. Staff is Awesome.
Pros:

The location was convenient and the staff were nice.

Cons:

It was the loudest hotel I have ever been in. I was in room 324. The room backed up against the freeway, we could hear every door slam shut because the walls were paper thin, the hallway carpet appeared dirty, the room smelled musty and we had a steady line of ants coming from the window.
