Very disappointing stay.

The biggest issue was parking. The hotel does not provide adequate parking information, and by the time you arrive at reception to ask where you are supposed to park, you may already have received a parking fine. When I raised this with the staff, the response was essentially that it was not their problem. For a hotel that welcomes guests arriving by car, this is unacceptable.

The service experience did not improve matters. The staff were generally not particularly friendly, and the night receptionist was extremely unfriendly and unhelpful. Instead of trying to assist, I felt like I was an inconvenience.

The rooms themselves were acceptable, but the poor customer service and parking situation completely overshadowed the stay. There are many hotels in Tallinn that treat their guests better. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this one.

Viihtyisä huone talojen suojassa
Pros:

Tilava superior-huone parvekkeella ja kylpyammeella oli viihtyisä. Sänky oli hyvä nukkua.

Cons:

Aamiainen oli yllättävän perustasoinen, odotin hieman enemmän erikoisuuksia ja monipuolisuutta tämän tason hotellilta. Kaikki tavallinen aamiaistarve kuitenkin löytyi ja oli hyvää. Vegevaihtoehtoja ei juuri ollut.

Skjerpe seg!!!
Cons:

Personalet hadde ingen kontroll på støy og bråk på hotellet!
Basket cup og fotball cup.
Gutter i 5. etg. sprang hver kveld etter kl. 22:00, lagde jævla mye bråk, banket på dørene der.
Forstyrret veldig!
Man ville gjerne slappe av, menn kan ikke pga det.
Hatt det dere opplevele i de 2 nettene jeg var på hotellet!
IKKE BRA!!!
