不能長時間寄放行李，後來發現實在是太小的商務旅館，只接受當天退房的寄放行李就已經佔滿整個大廳。離上野站非常近，購物也很方便。

Very convenient location with friendly staff
Pros:

Conveniently located close to Ueno Station where it is easy to travel from to many parts of Tokyo and outside. Nice and friendly and very helpful staff. Lots of interesting places to visit within walking distance, including shopping, eating places and historical locations.

Cons:

Rooms are very small but was suitable for me and my daughter to stay for 10 days and we managed well with our suitcases

Good location but needs to get sorted the dirty walls and have more storage space.

Cons:

The walls were dirty, with cofre and maybe blood stains. Found hairs in my bed that were not mine, I have short hair and it was a long one
