The location was great and we appreciated the space in the room however it could have been a little cleaner.
Pros:

The location was great, just far enough away from all the commotion to be queer but still close to all the fun stuff in Tokyo!

Cons:

The headboard shelf on the bed wasn’t cleaned before we stayed.

Overpriced but ok stay
Pros:

Location is convenient and around the block of the metro. The area is calm even in the weekends. Shower was good.

Cons:

The room and bathroom feel old and worn. Also a bit dusty (bookshelves and closet). Missed having a proper light at a mirror. Weird light in closet didn’t work. Pillows are a bit too firm.

Le métro et le parc très proche, le quartier sympa.

Cons:

3 nuits au 1er étage devant le Combini qui ferme à pas d’heure et se fait livrer tôt le matin et le dernier soir, des travaux au marteaux piqueur sous nos fenêtres. La Direction avait l’info mais s’est bien gardé de nous prévenir. C’est très mal isolé au plan phonique donc vraiment pas agréable.

Pros:

Sehr modern eingerichtetes Zimmer, modernes Bad, alles sehr sauber sehr gute Lage direkt an der Metro Station, mit der man aber noch zum Hauptbahnhof fahren muss

Cons:

Das Bett war leider an einer Seite auseinander gebrochen, so dass man sich überhaupt nicht anlehnen konnte
Die Mitarbeiter konnten leider so gut wie kein Englisch aber wir konnten uns trotzdem verständigen

Pros:

The location was great, very close to a connivence store, Shinjuku Gyoen Park and a quick walk or train to the heart of Shinjuku. The bed was comfortable and the room had a bit more space than other hotels I stayed at. The staff was very friendly!

Also, the cafe on the ground floor is very cute and serves as a lounge in the morning for hotel guests.

Cons:

The bathroom was clean but some finishes were getting a bit worn.

Nice quiet room with all amenities for a solo traveller. The bed was super comfortable and all amenities (towels, bathrobe, shampoo, etc.) were available.

Cons:

You could tell that the room was old, with some of the wallpaper in the bathroom coming off, and it looking a bit dated. But it was all clean, which is most important.
