Bath towels had hairs on them, dead Insect were found in the room and hotel reception, the room had a smell of damp unpleasant odour, reception staff upon arrival were not welcoming at all

Cons:

We booked two rooms through Booking.com, each with two queen beds, for four adults and four children. However, when we arrived at the hotel in the evening for check-in, we were told that only one of our reserved rooms was available. Instead of the second room with two queen beds, we were offered a room with only one king bed.
The manager (I have attached his business card) could not explain why our confirmed reservation had not been honored. He only apologized and said he was sorry. Because of this, we had no choice but to leave and spend the evening searching for another hotel for our family.
This was an extremely stressful and disappointing experience, especially while traveling with children. We cannot recommend this hotel because confirmed reservations were not respected, and no reasonable solution was offered.

Clean but very noisy environment
Pros:

Easy free parking, clean property, kind breakfast staff

Cons:

Very noisy from the nearby highway. I only stayed 1 night, convenient but if you want to come for a good rest, this is not the place. I asked for another room, but apparently the other rooms were even more noisy according to the staff.

I would stay here again!
Pros:

The front desk lady was very sweet and understanding, she try to help me out with all my questions and situation I had going on. And breakfast was amazing

The hot tub was out of service, but overall it was great
