Good location. Very clean and today. Staff were lovely, room was lovely and a great size

Cons:

I ordered the champagne package for my husbands birthday. It was supposed to be champagne, chocolates, towel art and rose petals for £70. What we got was Prosecco, a small amount of confetti round the ice bucket and 2 small square chocolates. I think it needs to be priced accordingly and maybe add a box of chocolates.

Very disappointed.

Cons:

The room above us were very noisy and made it difficult to sleep which is why we left a day early. The beds were not the best, the sofa bed was very uncomfortable, needs a better mattress. Fridge needs to be on a table or something similar, not ideal on the floor.
