Everything you need!
Pros:

The owner is very friendly! The room has everything you need. I enjoyed having a kettle and a fridge. The bed was neatly decorated with frangipanies. There were tea and coffee sachets.
The owner kindly let me check in early.
It's very convenient that the Kost has a store attached, to buy water etc.
There is a quick laundry service just down the road.
Alfamart/ Infomaret within walking distance.

Cons:

Various noises during the nights take a bit to get used to.
I had trouble finding an open restaurant in the area in the afternoon, but with a motorbike it's really easy to get around, as it actually is located quite centrally in the city.
Finding the right address is a bit tricky as there are two locations with the name on Google maps.

Hôtel pour un passage à Mataram
Pros:

L'hôtel est simple et le prix est raisonnable. La rue est calme et il y a un ATM à proximité. C'est tout à fait convenable pour une nuit mais pas pour un long séjour.

Cons:

Je m'attendais à un homestay plus chaleureux par rapport aux photos. La chambre dispose de l'essentiel mais elle n'est pas très agréable pour se poser.

Gross but convenient
Pros:

It was a convenient stay to get to the terminal the next morning. A lot of good food around and its in a nice neighborhood.

Cons:

Very dirty, very noisy and no real curtains so there was a lot of light in the room. No toilet paper and only one towel.

Cons:

The place felt dirty the bedding didn't smell fresh and the room was mouldy but overall it was a good stay for one night and could put up with it.

Le logement est infecté de moustique , la salle de bain est remplis de moisissures et inutilisable.
Les draps sale et un accueil quasi inexistant.

Je vous conseil de fuir cette établissement pour votre bien.
