El alojamiento en si estaba bien pero tampoco era un lujo, obviamente el precio acompañaba. Eso sí, el personal era super amable, inmejorable.
El A/A no enfriaba mucho y había algún pequeño detalle de limpieza a mejorar.

Room was perfect & stayed cold during the day, even without the AC running. 10 min walk to the heart of old town & the ladies running it were so lovely.

Good for walking location, but cars and vans cannot come in. AC was weak, and breakfast boring.
Hien est une très gentille hôtesse qui propose des activités et est très souriante. L'emplacement à quelques minutes du vieux hoi an était très pratique.
Le frigo ne fonctionnait pas très bien. Le petit déjeuner était très léger: des œufs et une assiette de fruits.

Chambre très spacieuse avec une super localisation !
Une arrivée assez compliqué, on nous a donné la mauvaise chambre puis fait attendre 2h avant d’avoir la bonne… malgré les appels à la responsable qui devait à chaque fois appeler l’accueil et nous tenir au courant, nous attendons encore son appel…
It was great, there’s pretty much everything you need and the stuff is the kindest and the best! Definitely reccomend! It’s a little hard to find the location but we found it eventually.

Hien was very supportive throughout our stay at this hotel. She provided us with several rental options and shared activities we could do nearby. She was also helpful in assisting with our luggage
The room for two guests had a slight mould issue at the edge of the bathroom and the air conditioning was not very strong
