Location, breakfast and the size of the room
Elevators were slow. There are four of them but you need to wait for a long time. Parking is also quite tight.
The hotel is great. It’s located on the East side of downtown and is relatively close to the Old port, Chinatown, Biodome/Planetarium/Olypmic Stadium and Schwartz’s - all a short drive away. The Berri-UQAM metro station is a block away. There is an IGA grocery store and Starbucks connected to the building and McDonald’s across the pedestrian-only walkway - all very convenient.
The parking lot is a little tricky to navigate as you need to go down steep ramps to get to the e lower level and then back up a ramp to hotel parking and it has the lowest ceiling I’ve ever seen for a parking lot (5’10”) which must be a standard because my small SUV was able to fit but I had to watch out to not hit my head (6’2”). The hotel will validate your parking ticket; so, you get unlimited in and out privileges.
The only issue was the pool which had the most murky water I’ve ever seen in a hotel pool - could not see more than a couple of feet in front of me - definitely a water quality issue. Hopefully it will be taken care of.
Overall a great place to stay in Montreal.

Breakfast was great, a bit crowded but we arrived an hour before it ended. Beds and bathroom clean and comfortable. It was attached to a mall that had a grocery store.
It was overpriced.
Clean and quiet
My jeep didn’t fit in their low-ceiling parking, the staff recommended a nearby paid parking which was not monitored, it was difficult to find our way out of the recommended parking lot, and difficult to get in it the next day to take the car. Very frustrating, also we had to carry the luggage from and to the other parking
It was clean, comfortable, spacious and conveniently located. Had a great view.

La climatisation ne fonctionnait pas dans notre chambre … On nous a donc offert un ventilateur, mais ce n’était pas aussi confortable que désiré …
