A lovely bright and clean hotel. It is in the perfect location for exploring Athens. The breakfast was amazing and all staff were so welcoming and friendly. We had an amazing trip.
Everything was perfect
Breakfast was good, the hotel itself was very nice, eventhough wear is noticeable and it starts to look old. The staff tried to be nice and polite.
There was a fan noise in the room which we complained about after the first night. It was very noticeable during the night and we couldn't sleep well. The hotel looked at it but nothing was done so the second night was horrible again. After the second night we asked to change rooms. The new room was quiet and it looks like the first room had an electrical fault which kept the extractor fan running 24/7. The new room was nice and quiet but the bed mattress was very bumpy, probably overweight people were sleeping there. We mentioned it to the reception but nothing was really done so we let it go.. We found dissapointing having to sleep under such bad conditions in a 5 stars, expensive hotel which even prouds itself for its beds and comfort..

מאוד לא אהבתי את זה שהבנתי שקומת הגג בה המסעדה והבריכה סגורות לצמיתות. זה מאוד הוריד את ההנאה מהמלון. מעבר לזה, החדרים קטנים, הנוף למוזיאון נראה בקושי רק כממש מתכופפים החוצה מהמרפסת, מאוד בצד. מאוד שונה מאיך שזה נראה בתמונת החדר. למלון לא מגיע דרוג של 5 כוכבים

לא התריעו שאין חנייה למלון וזאת היתה סיבה מבחינתי כנכה צהל לא לבחור במלון זה !!!!

The staff were amazing, vey helpful and kind.
It seems to depend on what room you get. I stayed here twice in a month, The first room was nice, updated but small, but the second room was outdated and had an odor.
Perfect location. Wonderful hotel with an excellent breakfast and incredibly friendly staff who were always happy to help. This was our second stay here, and we will definitely be coming back again.
The minibar is only a cooler, not a proper refrigerator, so it doesn't keep drinks very cold.
Great location. 5-10 minutes walk to Parthenon museum and Acropolis. Very nice and attentive staff. Quite responsive to messaging before our stay. Had early departure (430am) and they prepared breakfast to go unsolicited. Very guest-centric experience. Would highly recommend.
Overall nothing was negative.
