Comfortable, relaxing and great location.
Pros:

Coffee at the cafe was great, food very fresh! Hotel very clean and staff very helpful!

Cons:

We had 2 single beds and one was on a slope it would be from where it was divided from a double into 2 singles was a little uncomfortable.

Pros:

I liked how friendly the staff were, storing my luggage and then throwing away my broken luggage. The facilities were good, the pool and rooftop bar

The location of the property was excellent! The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the room was comfortable. I also appreciated the daily housekeeping service—they changed our towels every day without us having to request it, which was a nice touch.

Cons:

The property wasn't as clean as I expected. There was dust on top of the fridge and in the bathroom, and overall the room didn't feel spotless. A higher standard of cleanliness would have made the stay much more enjoyable.
