Lovely hotel
Pros:

The view from our room was amazing, overlooked the lake and marina, nice to see the classic boats coming and going
The town is very pretty, shops touristy, lovely winding cobbled streets
Very smart, nicely decorated hotel
Underground secure car park Lovely 5 minute walk away

Cons:

We enjoyed our dinner but it was way too much money for what it was, would recommend eating elsewhere as there are plenty of options
Breakfast was very unorganised and very limited options, also very expensive

Pros:

Emplacement excellent!

Cons:

Le soir vers 22.30hrs l’alarme incendie s’est déclenché. Malheureusement il n’y avait plus personne du personnel sur place. Personne n’était joignable au téléphone non plus. Les clients étaient laissés à eux-mêmes.
Le matin, à la réception, pas d’explications, juste une excuse, rien d’autre.
La sécurité et le bien-être des clients n’ont pas l’air d’être pris très au sérieux!

Excellent Restaurant
Pros:

Amazing view of lake Geneva from the balcony. Large well lit bathroom. Amazing restaurant with terrace views of the lake, very helpful staff. Lovely location for catching a ferry across lake Geneva.

Cons:

This is a restaurant with a few rooms above it. Not sure what the four stars is supposed to represent, but it wasn’t the room. The lighting in the room was awful - three spotlights on the wall, one directed at the bed. One table lamp didn’t work. Bed was too hard for us. Very difficult to find the restaurant as you have to drive though a gated entry and put a code in. We needed help from the receptionist.

Wonderful restaurant and helpful, kind staff.
Spotlessly clean.

Complicated access down a pedestrian street to drop off luggage, but it was workable once we understood where we had to go
