The location was amazing & the pool area was nice.

Cons:

The first day of arriving, the receptionist on duty was very rude. I did not get to check into my room at all. The lady said they did not accept cashapp, chime not venmo cards for the deposit but literally charged my friend chime card for her deposit and also let another guest check in & use his chime card for his deposit as well. I had to share a room with my friend & her kids. I’ve been getting the run around about my refund since Friday evening and this is really frustrating honestly.

The pool area my kids really enjoyed they selves

Cons:

The front desk worker named celeste was very rude upon our arrival & throughout our entire stay, the room we had had a bad smell to it & the fridge wasn’t getting cold & there was roaches in our room by the fridge & microwave
