Great Room for the price. Busy hotel with the World Cup in town. So have an understanding heart.
Pros:

The rooms are great. King Bed is fantastic. The room is clean and cool. If you're using booking.com, try to arrive at the time you said. Don't arrive in the early am hours expecting great room selection/availability for your reservation. Rooms are given to customers who are present because business is business.

Cons:

Breakfast was available, but don't try to get food towards the last half hour. They don't replenish the eggs towards the end of the food service.

Pros:

Location was good. Breakfast was OK.

Cons:

Beds were uncomfortable. Hotel was old. Could use updating. TV was extremely small. We definitely felt like it was not worth what we paid. The hotel was unresponsive for questions I had beforehand (like wanting to cancel because their price was more than others in the area). Just not a good value and I felt like it really needs updating especially with the prices they wanted to charge.

Pros:

I liked the breakfast, the customer service guys were nice, the beds were comfy, lots of pillows were great.

Cons:

My friend and I nicked named the elevators the angry and the shy elevator. Once was slow and the other seemed very aggressive, stopping abruptly, the door made lots of noise opening. But neither of us had a bad experience. Rooms seemed humid, but it was also very hot outside so maybe the AC couldn't keep up.

Hotel Lotus is a must stay hotel for anyone in the area!! Always great never a disappointment.
Pros:

Everything about this hotel is wonderful. Comfortable beds. Great breakfast!!!! Easy access to everything. And the staff is always amazing! This is our 2nd time starting at this property and was amazing. Every time we come to Kansas City this is where we will be staying! 2 thumbs up!!

Cons:

If I had to complain about something it would be the elevators. They could use some updating. That’s about it.
