the place was a great location, walkable to 7e, Central Hatyai, Makro, Asean night bazaar and even Greenway market. Staff were nice and polite and ready to assist anytime, the hotel and rooms are decorated nicely, love the homely feeling.
the rooms are near to each other so you can hear noises from the hallway and even next door. other than that, everything was nice
The location was great, close to all the places we wanted to visit, and having parking available was a big plus. Overall, everything was good and we had a pleasant stay.
The only downside was finding some ants on the table.
Wonderful stay with incredible staff and facilities
There were ants in the room despite not eating in there but the housekeeping staff were on to it like lightning
Overall okay, just they should check and do maintenance for their toilet. Other than that I fine and happy.. Will re-visit again in future.

aircond bilik 511 kurang sejuk, bilik mandi tidak soundproof dengan bilik sebelah mandi kalau boleh dibaiki.,

Our stay was exceptional thanks to the quietness of the neighbourhood, excellent cleanliness, and polite and helpful staff.The convenient location kept us close to a shopping mall and various food outlets, while the room itself was fully equipped for comfort with great air conditioning, comfortable bedding and pillows, ample clothes hanging space, a large fridge, and a microwave.

Everything is good
The hotel is opposite the Central shopping mall, but deep in the alley. The front desk staffs are helpful. The aircon in our room took forever to cool down, not sure it is broke. Staff offers us another room to stay but that room's smell was so bad. We decided to stay in our room. At the end, staff gave us a fan, it helps.
The bathroom is quite bare minimum.
