Sangat berpuas hati dan akan kembali
Pros:

kawasan hotel yg mudah untuk acses ke semua tempat, sangat strategik di pekan hatyai, bilik juga sediakan plug Malaysia, ada microwave yg mudah utk panaskan makan dari 7eleven, kemudahan wifi yg mudah untuk menonton televisyen

Cons:

aircond bilik 511 kurang sejuk, bilik mandi tidak soundproof dengan bilik sebelah mandi kalau boleh dibaiki.,

"An exceptional place to stay in Hat Yai."
Pros:

Our stay was exceptional thanks to the quietness of the neighbourhood, excellent cleanliness, and polite and helpful staff.The convenient location kept us close to a shopping mall and various food outlets, while the room itself was fully equipped for comfort with great air conditioning, comfortable bedding and pillows, ample clothes hanging space, a large fridge, and a microwave.

good for 1 night sleep
Pros:

The hotel is opposite the Central shopping mall, but deep in the alley. The front desk staffs are helpful. The aircon in our room took forever to cool down, not sure it is broke. Staff offers us another room to stay but that room's smell was so bad. We decided to stay in our room. At the end, staff gave us a fan, it helps.

Cons:

The bathroom is quite bare minimum.

Convenient, friendly and nice.
Pros:

Its was nearby Central Mall Hatyai, and nearby 7Eleven, just a short walk away. The hotel is clean and decent for 3 days stay. Recomended for ladies trip and the place is safe and there is always guard at the front.

Cons:

Would have improved on the pillows, more pillows would have been nice and a comfotable thick matress. Other than that, great stay!
