I will not return, I won't recommend it
Pros:

I did not like anything particularly.

Cons:

A room with a view to the 'inside', whih is the parking lot of the building... Mold in the shower head, peeling wallpaper, water damage on the roof...

Convenient but likely not to revisit.
Pros:

Location and the easy parking.

Cons:

It needs a face lift. The technology and rooms are dated. Bathroom mirror lights not working and the shower pressure was weak.

Super friendly staff, clean, nice rooms, great price!
Pros:

Super friendly staff, nice rooms, they’re small, but we expect that at a vintage/boutique hotel like this. Dog friendly! Decent location, but not a lot around there.

Cons:

The bar/restaurant was only open from 5-9 on a Saturday night, and there isn’t really anywhere that close. If you like to end your night with a nice cocktail at the bar, you’re out of luck.

Would come back
Pros:

Good location, nice comfortable, classically styled rooms, comfy beds, friendly and helpful staff.

Cons:

It would have been great if there were a coffee maker in the room. We also didn’t enjoy the breakfast at Tulio very much, though it wasn’t bad.

Pros:

Room was nice, pretty good size, had a good desk space for working, chair to sit in. Check-in was easy, as well as check out. Almost instant hot water. Bed was pretty good. Entey closet for clothes, coats.

Cons:

Bathroom was really small. They should make the door to open out. You have to get out of the way of it to close it. Bathroom also had some hair left in the shower from previous customer. The bedding was so tightly tucked, that when I pulled the comforter and top sheet back the bottom sheet also untucked.

Pros:

valet parking and all the staffs are the best! the location is great, walkable to many attractions and symphony station but still quiet at night. the room was clean and the view was lovely. there were plenty of power outlets that no extension cord were needed. such a very relaxing place to stay.

Cons:

the facilities were not enough for our group but they provided us immediately after we called the front desk so it was fine! the lighting in the room was quite dark at night that it was not convenient to arrange items in your luggages. the bed was too bouncy and too saggy for me but it's subjective.
