Très bon séjour dans cet hôtel très bien situé.
Pros:

Les petits-déjeuners en terrasse. Repas du soir dans un contexte calme et convivial. Très bonne cuisine. Ecoute du personnel pour nos besoins. Accès direct à la zone piétonne. Parking à l'hôtel.

Cons:

Fond de la douche glissante, voir dangereuse.

Beaucoup de plaisir.
Pros:

L'insonorisation est époustouflante. On n'entend aucun bruit de la rue, ni des couloirs de l'hôtel et ni même de l'air conditionné. Exceptionnel.
Très bel hôtel. Nous avons visité le centre de Dijon à pied. Le restaurant propose des plats bien travaillés et excellents. Un vrai plaisir.

Cons:

Le SPA est vaiment minuscule. Il faut réserver.

Gutes Hotel , keine 5 Sterne , dafür zu teuer

Die Lage war hervorragend, fussläufig alle Sehenswürdigkeiten erreichbar.
Parken komfortabel möglich mit geschicktem Ein und Ausladen.
Toilette separat vom Bad im Zimmer. Zimmer sind ruhig .

Cons:

Die Zimmer sind geschmackvoll eingerichtet und die Bäder gut gepflegt. Wir haben allerdings das erste Zimmer abgelehnt, da der Zustand der Möbel abgenutzt war und man das Gefühl hatte, das sind keine 5Sterne. Den gleichen Eindruck gewinnt man im Restaurant und bei den Toiletten im Keller. Teppichböden überall, Hochflor im Zimmer, manche Gäste mit Hund……wir fanden das nicht gut.
Wir haben schon deutlich gepflegtere Hotels besucht für diesen gehobenen Preis.
Was uns wirklich geärgert hat, war der unhöfliche Service in der Bar am Abend . Man hat eher das Gefühl zu stören.
Auch das Frühstück gibt es laut Auskunft bis 10.30Uhr, aber gegen 10.15 Uhr wird man schon gefragt, ob man noch etwas möchte und man merkt, dass eigentlich Abgeräumt werden soll.
Alles in Allem vermissten wir das 5 Sterne Niveau …

A very happy short stay in an elegant hotel
Pros:

The hotel is really beautiful and very elegant. The staff were very helpful. The bar area was pleasant and the breakfast really good. The room was very nice and the bathroom modern and clean. The room faced the garden so was quiet. The location was excellent- just a very short walk into all the main sights in Dijon. The valet parking was ideal. I would definitely stay here again.

Séjour agréable mais l’hôtel ne mérite pas, selon moi, 5 étoiles.
Pros:

Les massages sont vraiment relaxants.
La cour intérieure et la salle de petit déjeuner sont joliment décorées.
Nous avons été surclassés pour les 50 ans de ma compagne

Cons:

J’avais demandé une bouteille de champagne en chambre, je l’attends encore.
Pas de douche dans la chambre mais une baignoire exiguë

We stayed for one night which was pleasant but had we been staying longer we would have addressed the issues raised give

Location. Friendly bar staff with good knowledge of local history and wine regions.
Comfortable bed.

Cons:

Shower over the bath with no curtain or screen to stop water splashing onto the floor. No venting in the bathroom. Air conditioning didn’t appear to be working in the room or heated towel rail.

Great location and an excellent value.
Pros:

Great hotel in an amazing location. Easy walk to everything we wanted to see. Service was outstanding. We were in a “superior” room which was very well designed. The lounge bar and outdoor patio are an excellent spot to start/end your day. Incredible value for the cost. Would highly recommend.
