Pros:

very clean and quiet place, focus on comfort

Cons:

breakfast was too boring, every day the same and small variety, no fresh vegetables
location is not great- no walking distance attractions

great breakfast selection, nice and clean rooms, love the smell of the hotel room and love it! 👍
Pros:

front desk Jose was accommodating by acknowledging the guest while waiting, he helped and being informative about the hotel, he’s nice because he asked how’s my day has been.

Cons:

1. bathroom door hinge screw at room# 136 just need to be tightened up because it’s loose.
2. the heat of the pool should be from 6:30am til closing at 10pm.

Beware of extra charge for parking.
Pros:

We only stayed one night. The room was clean, comfortable , and quiet. The ironing board and the iron in the closet was appreciated. We did not stay for complimentary breakfast, so no comment. However, it was a surprise to me that there was an extra &25.00 charge for parking for one night.
We were allowed an early check-in, but they would not arrange this in advance, we had to call on the day of our arrival.

If we had been staying longer than one night I would have complained like crazy
Pros:

Great location, right off the freeway, front desk staff was very friendly. Gave us cookies and water at check in.

Cons:

We rented two rooms and both smelled awful!!!! We arrived at midnight so we just went to sleep and left first thing. Smelled like mildew in both rooms……..

Pros:

I had a great stay overall. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, the room was spotless and comfortable, and the breakfast was fresh and really tasty. I also appreciated having access to the gym—it was well maintained and a great extra perk. I’d definitely stay here again!

Lovely stay!!
Pros:

Loved this hotel! The front desk guy checking us in was super nice and had some cool suggestions for things to do around the area- I think his name was Jose? The room was clean and felt really refreshed, especially the new showers. Breakfast was good too, I was able to make my own bacon & egg sandwich using some of the bagels, delicious! We will definitely be back! 😊

Smelly Room, Horrible Customer Service with Moldy Bagels!
Pros:

I would suggest passing this property and finding something better with actual customer service. This property was one of the worst Fairfield's I have ever stayed at. The room smelled wet and musty. The shower wouldn't turn completely off, and the shower knob would move to scalding hot while taking a shower. I advised the front desk of the shower and the guy got mad at me and just raised his voice and was upset. I attempted to eat breakfast, but the bagels had mold on them. Overall, this property was a bust and wouldn't suggest staying here!
