Pros:

Overall exceptionally great experience , (best chai I have had in haldwani )

Cons:

Since it was only leisure based travel stay I would say need more visits to actually any bad experiences which I did not have and hope not in future

Pros:

Had a wonderful stay! The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The staff was friendly and always ready to help, making the experience even better. The food was delicious with great quality and plenty of options. Overall, it was a relaxing and enjoyable stay. Highly recommended

The rooms are very small, almost cramped.
The cafe doesn't open till 11 a. m., so you have to eat breakfast in your bedroom, which is not large enough for this.
