Danno la possibilità di tenere i bagagli per essere liberi di visitare l’ultimo giorno pre partenza e il trasporto dall’aeroporto alla struttura è stato perfetto!

No primeiro quarto que fui a TV e o telefone não funcionaram, no segundo que fui após os problemas com o primeiro a pia do banheiro estava entupida.

Unterkunft an top Lage nahe an der Copacabana. Super Frühstück und nettes Personal.

Cons:

Eigentlich nichts zu beanstanden. Sicherlich nicht das modernste Hotel, aber Preis-Leistung wirklich super.

Pesimo servicio de habitaciones, malas instalaciones secadores de pelo en mal estado,

Buenas tardes, lo unico bueno es la vista del ultimo piso, nada mas, hotel debe actualizarse en instalaciones

les comento reserve con la familia 6 personas 2 habitaciones, una de las habitaciones no tenia toallas ni confort, la otra habitación tenia malo secador de pelo y tampoco tenia toallas en la habitación, el gimnasio en pésimas condiciones. El enchufe de la luz del baño estaba que explotaba, deje reclamo respectivo en hall, al retirarme me estaban cobrando 1 agua y 2 latas coca cola por consumo, nuca se usaron y estaban en frigobar, lo que quito tiempo en terminar con proceso de cheek Out.
me decepciono el hotel el personal de recepción uno de los turnos muy poco empático en resolución de estos problemas. En desayuno solicite 2 termos de 500 cc agua caliente y fue pésima la atención, el bufet bien malo.

Ho avuto problemi con la cassaforte ma comunque il personale si è mostrato disponibile nelle riparazioni

Muy buena relación calidad-precio. El desayuno tipo buffet bien, con suficiente variedad de dulce, salado y bebidas. La ubicación muy buena, frente a una estación de metro y a 5-10 min de la playa de Copacabana.

Cons:

Algunas cosas de la habitación si deberían ser renovadas, como algunas partes del baño o la cama, pero en general nada preocupante para unos pocos días.
