Pros:

L'hotel si trova in una posizione fantastica, a 5 minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia di Copacabana e a pochi minuti di auto dalle principali attrazioni della città. Le stanze ampie, accoglienti e pulite. Lo staff gentile e disponibile, la colazione è una buona colazione. Menzione speciale per il terrazzo con piscina, bar, e vista sul Cristo: Fantastica!

Cons:

L'hotel si vede che è un po' vecchio, andrebbe rinnovato in qualche suo aspetto. Nella mia camera il phon ha smesso di funzionare dopo il terzo giorno, e il condizionatore è davvero troppo rumoroso. Gli ascensori si muovono parecchio e fanno rumori inquietanti. Nonostante la gentilezza dello staff, nessuno sapeva parlare inglese (purtroppo neanche ad un livello elementare) rendendo difficile comunicare. Ci tengo a sottolineare che tutto ciò non ha influito negativamente sulla mia esperienza, una volta risolte queste piccole cose l'hotel è da 10!

Excelente custo benefício
Pros:

Atendimento recepção, funcionários educados, simpáticos e eficientes(uma nota especial para o recepcionista Carlos, que foi excelente). O quarto super limpo, cama confortável, banheiro muito bom. Café da manhã farto e saboroso. Localização perfeita, próximo do metrô e muito seguro.

Cons:

O ar condicionado era um pouco barulhento, mas nada que tenha atrapalhado a excelente experiência do hotel.

O hotel no todo é maravilhoso. O atendimento e a atenção da equipe de recepção e maravilhoso. Chegamos lá com um problema vindo do hotel que havíamos marcado e explicamos o problema e eles além de toda atenção nos deram todo o suporte necessário. Só elogios
