Pros:

A gentileza da equipe vale distinção. O café da manhã é farto e variado.

Cons:

As toalhas de banho e de rosto sao bem fininhas. As amenidas sao básicas e faltava touca de banho. Apenas 1 travesseiro por cama e baixo.

O apartamento é bom.O café ☕️ da manhã tb.

Cons:

Não consegui assistir nada na TV pois a mesma não funcionava. A Internet é péssima. Desde o dia que cheguei até a saída eles não resolveram nada sobre a Internet. Falei até com o chefe geral mas não adiantou nada. Acho que não vou recomendar o hotel 🏨 prá ninguém. Sempre vou ao Rio de Janeiro.

Soggiorno buono in zona Copacabana
Pros:

La spiaggia di Copacabana dista 5 minuti a piedi e la zona è relativamente tranquilla con negozi, supermercati e ristoranti. Camere spaziose e pulite, sebbene l’arredamento sia piuttosto datato.
Personale molto gentile.

Bien situé mais de très gros points d’amélioration à revoir
Pros:

- proximité de la plage 10 minutes
- pas mal de magasins à côté

Cons:

* La literie laisse à désirer pour un hôtel de ce standing et ne correspond pas au niveau attendu.
* La propreté des chambres était insuffisante.
* La douche manquait de pression et l’eau était seulement tiède, ce qui a nui au confort du séjour.
* le bruit du frigo dans la chambre est juste insupportable, ça fait un énorme bruit la nuit.
* Lors du check-in, des caïpirinhas nous ont été annoncées comme offertes pour chaque client. Nous en avons donc commandé au rooftop en pensant qu’elles faisaient partie de cette offre. À notre grande surprise, elles nous ont été facturées au moment du check-out, en nous indiquant qu’un bon devait être remis au barman. Or, aucun bon ne nous a été donné ni cette procédure expliquée lors du check-in. Ce manque de communication est regrettable et cette situation a été très décevante.

Confortável, mas pode melhorar alguns pontos.

Localização, café da manhã, estrutura do hotel em si é boa.

Cons:

Achei os chuveiros não muito bons, uma hora tinha muita água outra quase nada, a limpeza dos quartos as vezes não ocorre se não avisar na recepção, funcionários meio desligados de forma geral e a tv não funciona os canais fechados e nem acessa smart.

Good coat for the money.
Pros:

View of the Christ from the Rooftop & location is good and whenever we asked for room service it was clean and fast. The pressure of the shower was amazing.

Cons:

The beds were unfortunately very hard which caused back pain and just one pillow. After we asked for 3 times we got two more pillows.
We had mold in the bathroom and the walls are too thin, which means you can hear every step of the neighbors

Cons:

Boa tarde, o que estava nas fotos quando comprei o pacote, não é nada disso que esta lá.
Café da manhã muito ruim, sem infraestrutura, coisas frias e muito inferior a qualidade.
Quarta cama ruim, banheiro sujo.
Fui guardar carteira, joias no cofre e o mesmo não funcionou, falei com a recepção e a mesma me informou que não tinha ninguem para acessorar.

Por dentro o hotel é bonito.

Cons:

Não existe estacionamento, o que existe é uma vaga há duas quadras do hotel, ou seja, é uma farsa a informação de estacionamento no local. E ainda cobram. A localização também não é das melhores, proximidade com entrada de comunidades. Lado feio de copa.
