A hotel with unforgettable memories
Pros:

I had to extend my stay for 3 more days for two reasons : Meeting my soon-to-be wife there for the first time and how amazing the whole infrastructure was as a hotel , the staff was unbelievably friendly especially Hicham who welcomed us with open arms , the food was unbelievably good , the hotel rooms were always clean and janitors were so pleasant and if you tip them they always do something extra in the room apart from regular cleaning , I got the 1411 room which will always be engraved in my memory as the room that my life changed in , and I'm glad it was at this hotel

I'd like to add that with all inclusive everything was well done , from the pool with free bar , snack bar and beach with also a free access bar to the entertaining activities they were doing at the pool , I cannot wait to book again next year and enjoy another round of stunning views , amazing atmosphere and beautiful experience as whole

Cons:

Well if I had to write anything here are two things that I didn't like : some specific food they serve there is just reheated frozen food and some others were just badly made , they're specific ones tbh the food was absolutely mouth watering and the staff are always at your service if you want refills for whatever's you're drinking , but I had these chopped potatoes that I can clearly taste that it was frozen and this particular Gratin that tastes like it was just boiled potatoes with lots of eggs white

The other thing I'll complain about is kinda weird but it's "hand band racism" , see at the check in they give you a colored bracelet, for me it was light green and for my wife and her friends it's dark green , at first we didn't pay attention to it but we clearly noticed how different the treatment was based on the color of the band , for me they treated me well and when my wife was with me they treated her equally, but when she was alone or with her friends she was kinda side-eyed by the staff and just not treated in the best manners , it was also confirmed by her friends as well , I know that light green says north African visitor and dark green means European visitor (we saw on other people too) there's also grey band , red band and yellow band but I'm not sure about those, but overall it's kinda weird they treat people differently based on their origin even tho I got the better treatment

Pleasant stay close to the beach
Pros:

The hotal has a private beach, which is also very close. Sunbeds with umbrellas are included in the service.
The main restaurant serves nice dishes, including Tunisian specialties.
The view over the sea from the room is worthed.

Hotel all inclusive standard plutot de bon rapport qualite prix
Pros:

Un hotel all inclusive comme on peut s'y attendre, plutot agreable, les commodites sont disponibles, le buffet des repas est plutot bien fourni.

Cons:

Le confort des chambres pourrait etre ameliore et plus moderne. Le ratio espace, taille de la piscine et nombre de transat a la plage pourrait etre ameliore par rapport au nombre de personnes

A pleasant stay, fantastic staff
Pros:

Lovely staff, very respectful, helpful, and responsive location is perfect, youll find many other hotels and resturants nearby. Food choices are pleasant and I like how all these meals are offered sharp ontime.

Cons:

Bed frame was not the most stable quality. Air conditioning wasn't cool enough. Very crowded.

Très bon hôtel
Pros:

•Le personnel était aux petits soins, très accueillant et aimable.
•La nourriture était bonne et très variée surtout pour le petit déjeuner
•La chambre était propre
•Le service était excellent
•L'animation est bonne

Cons:

•Il y avait un petit problème avec la television dans la chambre mais on a essayé de régler ça.
•La plage était propre mais il y avait des vendeurs qui gâchaient un peu l'ambiance en incitant les gens à acheter leurs produits et en parlant entre eux avec des termes déplacés...
•Le parking n'était pas couvert

Emplacement proche du centre, 15/20 a pied Hotel pas trop grand, à humaine, jumellé avec l'hotel Occidental qui possède lui aussi une belle piscine ainsi que le spa et la piscine intérieure.

Chambre grande, propre et correcte avec grand placard rangement petit frigo et coffre fort

Son bcp trop fort!!! Je ne vois pas l'utilité de saturer....en interieur pour le moment mais ils feront dehors d'ici peu.
Literie un peu molle pour moi
L'hôtel est en travaux côté restaurant plage, mais pas gênant en soi.
Plage pas très propre même si elle est nettoyée
