Wspaniała lokalizacja i dobry hotel
Pros:

Bardzo dobre jedzenie
Przestronny pokój i duża łazienka
Pokój z widokiem na morze, ale na 4 piętrze, z niższych raczej widok na ogród, basen.
Wspaniały ogromny balkon. Pomocna obsługa recepcji i wspaniała Pani menadżer, która pomogła w niespodziance urodzinowej, mimo, iż restauracja do kolacji nie ubierała stołów, moja prośba o biały obrus i elegancko nakryty stół nie była problemem. Poniżej co sie nie podobało jest tylko uwagą dla hotelu do poprawy. Gdybym miała wybierać drugi raz, nadal bym wybrała ten hotel. Obsługa w hotelu i na restauracji super, dając z siebie wszystko. Pilnowanie na plaży obwoźnego targu z dala, pierwszy raz podczas plażowania nikt nie przeszkadzał w czytaniu książki czy odpoczynku. W Egipcie nie do pomyślenia, a tutaj zadbanie o spokój gości, zasada że sprzedawcy są przy brzegu, chcesz to podejdziesz, ale do leżaków, które są sporo cofnięte, nikt nie podchodzi. Dla mnie bosko.

Cons:

Łazienka wymaga zadbania o większą czystość i raczej jej remont. Wanna w dzisiejszych czasach z parawanem, wąska na tyle że ciężko nawet stanąć pod prysznicem. Zdecydowanie kabina typu walk in byłaby tam super, tym bardziej że jest ogrom miejsca. Grzyb na silkonach nie powinien się zdarzyć. Jadąc do Tunezji, trzeba pamiętać, że jest tam trochę inny standard i dla nas okay, ale czystość łazienki jest dla mnie must have. Bar na plaży tylko serwuje piwo i driny, nawet zwykłej wody gazowanej nie ma, nie ma też przekąsek w ciągu dnia. I kiedy wolisz plażę i piękne morze, zamiast basenu z muzyką, to niezbyt komfortowo jest chodzić po naleśnika czy też po prostu wodę. Obsługa na plaży średnio miła, jakbym przeszkadzała im że w ogóle coś chcę z baru, kiedy nie pijesz alkoholu, to tak naprawdę tylko gazowany cukier masz do wyboru. Ale jak dasz sowite napiwki to się uśmiechną, a uśmiech powinien być w cenie. Zaznaczam poraz kolejny, że polecam hotel mimo tych kilku detali - są do ogarnięcia.

Problème d’odeur de remontée d’égouts dans les chambres.
Nourriture en abondance mais malheureusement pas excellente. C’est dommage car cela crée du gâchis

Pros:

The first impression was already very positive. The lady who welcomed us at check-in was incredibly kind, friendly and helpful. She explained everything very clearly and in detail, so from the beginning we knew exactly how everything worked and where to find what we needed.

We were also very pleasantly surprised to find out that our room had been upgraded to a sea-view room free of charge. It was such a nice gesture and definitely made our stay feel a little more special.

One of the things we liked the most was the outdoor area. The hotel grounds are really beautiful and very well taken care of. The pools, grass, palm trees and gardens are all very well maintained, and the whole exterior feels relaxing, clean and pleasant. You can really see that a lot of attention goes into keeping these areas in good condition.

The staff in general was another big plus. Everyone we interacted with was always very kind, welcoming and polite, and we always felt comfortable asking for help or information.

We also really enjoyed the buffet. It was very large, with a lot of different dishes and plenty of variety, so there was always something to choose from. The food was good and we appreciated the fact that there were many different options available rather than the same few things every day.

Cons:

There were only a few small things that, in our opinion, could be improved.

The bathroom in our room looked a little dated compared to the rest of the hotel and could probably benefit from some renovation.

The window in the room also didn’t close perfectly, which may have been connected to another small issue we noticed: from time to time we could smell cigarette smoke inside the room. We’re not sure if it was coming through the ventilation system or from outside through the window, but it was noticeable occasionally.

Another small inconvenience was during dinner. Every time we wanted another drink, we had to wait for a member of staff to refill it. It wasn’t a major problem, but after a while it could be a little annoying. A self-service option for water and soft drinks would probably make things easier and more comfortable for guests.

Overall, though, these were really just minor points and they didn’t change the fact that we had a very positive stay.

The staff are unbelievably hard working, they cant do enough for you, very friendly and went above and beyond too make sure we had a lovely stay the room we had was stunning extremely clean and my family just had the best time here we will be coming back next year

The hotel was very nice and the food was delicious

Cons:

housecleaning could be improved. The room and bathroom were not completely clean. I noticed stray hair on the floors, and using floor fresheners would make the bathroom smell much cleaner.

Ce n’est pas mon premier séjour dans cet hôtel et certainement pas le dernier !
Pros:

Un grand merci à tous le personnel et spécialement à Mme Wahida pour son professionnalisme, sa gentillesse et l’attention portée à notre chambre 1417 au quotidien.
Son travail a vraiment contribué à rendre notre séjour agréable.
