The location of the property was close walking distance to the harbor. The hotel had an older feel to it but loved the character and charm of it
They were in the process of remodeling so no restaurant at the time we stayed but they’re about a month from opening it
The location was convenient
The room was dirty, spilled coffee down the night stand, and dirty silverware behind the bed. The room also smelt so strong like cigarettes. We were also missing the tv remote.
THE HOTEL CHARGED AND EXTRA $10 BECAUSE RESERVATION WAS MADE THROUGH BOOKING.COM. PLEASE INVESTIGATE REASON FOR THIS AND REFUND.
No wastebasket in bathroom. Place was more like an ordinary motel and not like what it's name implies
The rooms were comfortable and there was good parking.
The hot tub was not disabled or elderly compliant so I could not access it. In the first room the tv did not work and there was no one to come and fix it. We were moved to the second room. The next evening the roof over our room was leaking so we were moved to the third room. I was not offended any compensation for all of these problems. It was also difficult to get housekeeping. The restaurant was also closed due to renovations.
This property is under construction and preset has some issues. This hotel is great for families who do not have older people or members with disabilities.
Location!
My son and I had a wonderful experience here. He loved the super fun pool and the arcade! The hotel was very clean and beautiful and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The location was perfect within short walking distance to downtown with all of the wonderful restaurants and shops and close to the Mayflower II and Plymouth Rock. I highly recommend this hotel!!
The only reason i gave a "3" for value, is the price is a bit high (but not higher than other hotels). i just don't like having to pay a lot of money to just sleep.
We had a wonderful trip, and the Inn was part that made it great. The location is awesome and an easy enough walk down to the Mayflower area.
No coffee or breakfast options
Good breakfast Staff very pleasant and helpful Good situation, reasonable gym, all at reasonable price. One of group had spa and loved it.
Location was nice
There were updates being done on the property and it was not told to us. There was also updates at the pool area and the pool was a little dirty. also told to us, but the hallways and some room were being worked on.
The kids loved the slide at the pool. Shampoo smelled great
Sliding bathroom doors. I hate them for lack of privacy.
Great location, fun pool!
Lovely location , nice hotel . Pool is nice
We checked in and the front desk said slide was open until 7 . The lifeguard closed it at 6:30 and left . So my kids only got 25 minutes with it . The pool then became so cold after . They are doing renovations so it is loud and in disrepair in halls .
Location, pool, friendly staff.
I liked the spa and pool
I didn’t like how they were doing so much construction on the hotel and it made things harder to do. I also am sad CJs bar and grille isn’t there anymore.
