Another excellent stay! Once again, Baytong Hotel exceeded my expectations.
Pros:

Another wonderful stay at Baytong Hotel! After such a great previous experience, I decided to book this hotel again, and once again everything exceeded my expectations.

What impressed me the most was the consistency of the service. Every member of the team was attentive, polite, and genuinely cared about making each guest's stay enjoyable. Their positive attitude created a welcoming atmosphere from the moment I arrived until the day I left.

The room was always in perfect condition, fresh, comfortable, and maintained to a very high standard. The housekeeping team did an excellent job every day, ensuring everything was clean and well organized.

The breakfast was another highlight of the stay, offering plenty of fresh and tasty options to choose from each morning. Baytong Hotel continues to deliver an excellent experience, and it remains one of my favorite places to stay. I would happily return again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

Fantastic hotel with exceptional staff, spotless rooms, and delicious breakfast.
Pros:

Our stay at Baytong Hotel was absolutely wonderful. From the moment we arrived until the day we left, everything was perfectly organized, and we felt genuinely welcomed.

The biggest compliment goes to the entire staff. Every employee was incredibly friendly, smiling, professional, and always willing to help with anything we needed. It is obvious that the team is very well trained and truly enjoys taking care of their guests.

We would also like to give special praise to the housekeeping staff. Every time we met them in the hallway, they greeted us with a warm smile and always asked if we needed anything or if they could clean our room. This level of kindness and attention to detail is something you don’t come across very often.

Our room was spotless every day, always fresh, clean, and perfectly prepared. The breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of delicious, high-quality food, so there was something for everyone.

Overall, we had an amazing experience and highly recommend Baytong Hotel to anyone looking for outstanding service, a welcoming atmosphere, and exceptional hospitality. We will definitely be coming back!

It was bad experience for me the staff so rude bad behavior don’t they even speak English well and they charged me 40 do

The place is nice but the staff are so rude and I have been scammed and defrauded of check in early I literally checked in at 11 am and they didn’t mention anything about that at all

Pros:

The place is beautiful, the staff is super friendly and the room was excellent!

Cons:

Getting service at the pool was truly difficult, they have a ring for service button but it either took ages for the staff to show up or they wouldn't show up at all.

Also forget about having a drink by the pool as the only thing available was the Cafe.
