Baitong can't be faulted.
Pros:

Baitong is in a great location for exploring Phnom Penh with some great locations a short tuk tuk ride away.

The hotel was like an oasis after exploring in the heat and business of the streets. The forest pool was a beautiful place to unwind and enjoy a cocktail.

Gym had enough equipment to get a good session in.

Staff even fixed us a beautiful packed breakfast for an early checkout.


Highly recommended.

Cons:

Can't fault the Hotel and staff.

Pros:

Stayed only one night, rooftop cocktails were great and the breakfast was great. The pool looked amazing, wish we had time to use it! Location was also good for restaurants and bars etc.

При оплате ошибся датой заезда. Через 1 минуту связался с отелем, объяснил ситуацию.
Деньги не вернули, я оплатил номер повторно на верную дату.
Уже в отеле обратился к персоналу. Всем все равно.
Некчемный, ничего не решающий персонал. По сути - воры!

Pros:

Everything was excellent. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming and professional throughout our stay. The room was spacious, very comfortable and spotlessly clean. The hotel itself is beautiful, peaceful and very well maintained, with a great location close to everything. Breakfast was also very good. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back.

Nothing to mention. Everything met or exceeded our expectations.

Another excellent stay! Once again, Baytong Hotel exceeded my expectations.
Pros:

Another wonderful stay at Baytong Hotel! After such a great previous experience, I decided to book this hotel again, and once again everything exceeded my expectations.

What impressed me the most was the consistency of the service. Every member of the team was attentive, polite, and genuinely cared about making each guest's stay enjoyable. Their positive attitude created a welcoming atmosphere from the moment I arrived until the day I left.

The room was always in perfect condition, fresh, comfortable, and maintained to a very high standard. The housekeeping team did an excellent job every day, ensuring everything was clean and well organized.

The breakfast was another highlight of the stay, offering plenty of fresh and tasty options to choose from each morning. Baytong Hotel continues to deliver an excellent experience, and it remains one of my favorite places to stay. I would happily return again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

Fantastic hotel with exceptional staff, spotless rooms, and delicious breakfast.
Pros:

Our stay at Baytong Hotel was absolutely wonderful. From the moment we arrived until the day we left, everything was perfectly organized, and we felt genuinely welcomed.

The biggest compliment goes to the entire staff. Every employee was incredibly friendly, smiling, professional, and always willing to help with anything we needed. It is obvious that the team is very well trained and truly enjoys taking care of their guests.

We would also like to give special praise to the housekeeping staff. Every time we met them in the hallway, they greeted us with a warm smile and always asked if we needed anything or if they could clean our room. This level of kindness and attention to detail is something you don’t come across very often.

Our room was spotless every day, always fresh, clean, and perfectly prepared. The breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of delicious, high-quality food, so there was something for everyone.

Overall, we had an amazing experience and highly recommend Baytong Hotel to anyone looking for outstanding service, a welcoming atmosphere, and exceptional hospitality. We will definitely be coming back!

Pros:

It’s beautiful and clean. There are loads of plants which made it feel peaceful and like I was closer to nature and it was an escape from the busy city.
