חוויה טובה ונעימה.
Pros:

המלון מאוד נחמד והשקט שמתאפשר ללא ילדים ובני נוער צעירים ממש עושה טוב , הכניסה למלון מלווה בצלילי מוסיקה נעימים.
ארוחת בוקר טובה ומגוונת והחדר שלנו שמספרו 318 היה גדול במיוחד ונוח ומרווח. נענינו מיידית לשמיכה נוספת , שביקשנו בהגיענו ועוגת השוקולד שהוכנסה לחדרנו- הייתה מעולה , שחבל על הזמן.
נעזרנו רק בקבלה והבחור שיש בה היה מתוק.

Cons:

ניקיון החלונות גם במרחב הציבורי וגם בחדר טעון שיפור גדול מאוד.
חבל שלא הספקנו להנות מהספא ולכן לא נוכל לתת עליו חוות דעת.

Все замечательно, мы отдыхаем там второй раз. Сервис - на уровне. Еда прекрасная, номера отличные. Бассейн и все хорошо!

Cons:

В первый день нашего приезда был отличный рецеционист, который был вежливый и очень тактичный. На следующий день была другая смена и рецеционистки были безразличные, сервис на 2йку из 10. Не хотели решать проблему, я забыла личные вещи в комнате, они как-то не отреагировали, просто записали мой номер. Но я сама поднялась к обслуживающему персоналу и нашла свои вещи. Так что стало понятно, что отношение этой конкретно смены очень равнодушное. И это большой минус, так как рецепциониты это первые кто встречает гостей. А в первой день был рецепционит которого хочется отметить. Надеюсь руководство прочитает этот отзыв.

מלון נעים ומרווח חדרים גדולים עם עיצוב נעים.

Cons:

מתקני הספא לא מתוחזקים כמו שצריך הסאונות הרטובות מסריחות מריח חזק של טחב מרגיש ממש כמו מפגע בריאותי.

השירות כמעט ולא קיים חוץ משל אדוארד המקסים.
ביום האחרון הגיעה קבוצה של שני אוטובוסים ובגלל זה לא היה מקום בחדר אוכל, רעש בלתי נסבל ואי אפשר היה לשבת בבריכה. פשוט ברחנו!

נהננו מהאווירה הכללית והשקט, אבל ציפינו לרמת תחזוקה כיאה למלון ברמה הזו

Cons:

שהינו במלון לפני כמה שנים, זכור לנו כחוויה נהדרת ולכן שבנו. נראה כי בשנים שחלפו המקום לא שמר על רמתו הגבוהה בנוגע לתחזוקה של החדרים והאיזורים הציבוריים. יש תחושה קצת של הזנחה, של צבע, צמחייה וכד׳.
מרפסת החדר הגדולה שלנו היתה מלוכלכת ונראה כי לא ניקו או צבעו את העץ שנים. חבל כי יש פה פוטנציאל.
