Clean facility but staff at front desk wasn't helpful enough to me

Cons:

I asked to pay for my room when I arrived. As requested on Booking.com. So when the front desk tried to charge my card before arriving it blocked my card from using it to pay for my room. Because it thought it was being used fraudulent so I wasn't able to stay the night in your hotel room

Pleasant stay but rooms need updating.
Pros:

Good location and nice to have Kelsey’s next door when we didn’t feel like going out. Clean rooms, housekeeping were great as was the lovely lady at breakfast who was always so cheerful & kept the breakfast room spotless. The shower was great, really powerful and the beds comfy. On this occasion we didn’t get to use the pool as it was out of service when we went down.

Cons:

The TV’s really need updating in the rooms. No on-screen channel guide and very few English channels (a lot were French speaking). We came over for my sister’s funeral so really would have preferred a decent tv for some distraction. The rooms are quite dark so after a week it felt a little oppressive. The view from our window was of containers in the carpark.
