Spectacle, amphithéâtre, Cogeco, souper au bistro l’Ancêtre, promenade vieux Trois Rivières etc
Pros:

Pour nous, l’emplacement était parfait.Toutes nos activités se faisait en moins de 30 minutes de marche.
Personnel, très courtois qui répond à nos demandes
Déjeuner sur place très apprécié

Cons:

Personnellement, je n’aime pas beaucoup du tapis dans les chambres
Chambre, 412. la lumière de la salle de bain ne fonctionne pas bien après une minute ce n’est qu’une lueur quand ce n’est pas complètement la noirceur(j’ai oublié d’aviser d’accueil ) pas très agréable de chercher son savon dans la douche

Très beau séjour tout près des activités à quelques minutes à pied .

Nous avons pris 2 repas soit au souper et au déjeuner. Le service et les repas étaient extraordinaires.

Outdated, Neglected, and Overpriced
Pros:

This hotel is in desperate need of a complete remodel. From the moment I arrived, the property felt outdated and neglected. The smell throughout the hotel was unpleasant, the carpets were old and worn, and the wallpaper was literally peeling off the walls.

The bathroom was no better. The shower drain could not keep up with the water flow, causing water to pool around my ankles every time I showered. That's not only frustrating but also feels unsanitary.

The view and amenities were perhaps the biggest disappointment. The hotel advertises itself as a premier property, but the reality is very different. The rooftop pool appeared to be abandoned and in serious disrepair. The pool itself looked dirty, and parts of the deck seemed to be falling apart. The entire area had an eerie, neglected feel that reminded me of a scene from the horror movie *Bring Her Back*.

What makes this even more frustrating is that the photos online are highly misleading. The pictures make the hotel look far more modern and upscale than it actually is. It felt like a classic case of being catfished by marketing photos.

The only saving grace was that the housekeeping staff appeared to do the best they could. The room itself was as clean as possible considering the age and condition of the property. Unfortunately, cleanliness alone could not make up for the overall state of disrepair.

I would not stay here again until significant renovations are completed.

J'ai été déçue de la qualité de la chambre en comparaison à celles du Delta voisin.
Pros:

L'hôtel est bien située et le personnel est avenant. Les serviettes étaient de très bonne qualité.

Cons:

La chambre ne correspondait pas aux standards vus dans des hôtels de prix équivalent. Elle nécessiterait des rénovations en profondeur. Il y avait des tâches sur les murs de tapisserie autour du lavabo. Comme si une bouteille d'un liquide quelconque avait explosée à cet endroit. Ca m'a un peu dégoutée.
La présence de tapis n'est pas non plus une caractéristique que j'apprécie dans les chambres d'hôtel notamment en raison de la poussière et des autres considérations hygiéniques.

rien parce que l'hotel a cancellé toutes les chambres parce qu'ils considéraient que c'étaient une réservation de groupes et que je n'avais pas le droit de réserver avec booking. il m'ont dit que j'aurais dû réservé directement avec l'hotel. je ne sais pas si c'est normal mais il y a quelqu'un d'incompétent chez vous et l'hotel a pris deux mois avant de m'avertir et d'annulé toutes les chambres j'aimerais savoir ce qui s'est passé et si cela se reproduit j'espere que cela ne prendra deux mois a vous en rendre compte.
