Pros:

Только место расположение, пляж. Так же завтраки были не плохими.

Если вы хотите испортить годовщину свадьбы, то этот отель — отличный выбор.

Мы с женой приехали к 15:00 — именно в то время, когда начинается заселение. Однако наш номер оказался не готов, и нам пришлось ждать ещё около часа, пока его уберут. В качестве компенсации нам выдали ваучер на два напитка. На нём было указано, что бесплатно можно заказать любые напитки, кроме «премиальных». На практике оказалось, что под «премиальными» отель подразумевает абсолютно весь алкоголь, включая обычное пиво. Такое объяснение выглядело, мягко говоря, странно.

Мы приехали на пять ночей и специально выбрали отель на первой линии, рассчитывая наслаждаться видом на море. Вместо этого нас поселили в номер с старым ремонтом и с видом на забор, а вид с ванной был на стену. Это было большим разочарованием.

После долгой дороги мы хотели сразу пойти к морю. Но выяснилось, что пляжные полотенца выдаются только у бассейна по специальным карточкам. Когда мы пришли за ними, полотенец просто не оказалось. Нам пришлось идти на пляж без полотенец и потом высыхать под солнцем. Через 1–2 часа ситуация не изменилась — полотенец по-прежнему не было.

На следующий день я попросил заменить нам номер на номер с видом на море. Сотрудник ресепшена после проверки ответил, что это невозможно, так как такие номера освобождаются максимум на один день, после чего снова заселяются. Нам объяснили, что в таком случае пришлось бы ежедневно переезжать из номера в номер. Мы приняли этот ответ и решили не спорить.

Но проблемы продолжились. Бассейн в этом отеле начинает работать только с 10:00. Мы снова пришли за полотенцами. Сначала около 20 минут ждали сотрудницу, которая сообщила, что полотенец пока нет. Прошло ещё 10 минут — ничего не изменилось.

Именно это стало последней каплей. Я решил отказаться от дальнейшего проживания и потребовать возврат денег за оставшиеся дни.

I had a wonderful stay at Acta The Avenue. From the moment I checked in, the staff provided excellent, attentive service that made the whole trip seamless.

The hotel itself is spotless—everything from the common areas to the rooms was kept impeccably clean. The decor and layout have a refined, modern vibe that feels just like a premium high-end business lounge: sophisticated, quiet, and very well-maintained. I’d stay here again in a heartbeat

Short stay but happy.
Pros:

I liked the cleanliness of the hotel, the buffet selections for breakfast was good, and the underground parking was essential. I primarily was looking for a hotel with secure parking and close to the airport and this hotel met my needs.

Pros:

Die Rooftop Lounge

Cons:

Das Zimmer war nicht sauber. Es war eine Baustelle auf der anderen Seite, so dass man um 8 Uhr geweckt wird. Das Frühstück war nicht gut, es gab nur eine Kaffeemaschine mit Pads. Für mich kein 4 Sterne Hotel
