Overall a great stay.
Pros:

Great location, facilities recently redone, huge room, great breakfast, great staff.

Cons:

Pillows are way too soft here and at other Hampton Inn’s. Stayed in Franklin, TN last week, and same thing, way too soft pillows.

Clean rooms and good location for ease off and on highway
Pros:

Room was clean, staff was friendly, location was perfect for my needs. The coffee was good.

Cons:

The breakfast could have had better gluten free options and better fruit. The scrambled eggs weren't hot and the chicken sausage was rubbery and cold.

Extremely Nice Newer Hotel
Pros:

The property was the nicest and most clean hotel that we have EVER stayed in!!!! Very close to the arena we were attending a concert at. Would definitely stay here again!!

Enjoyable! Definitely will be back😊
Pros:

Front desk staff was very helpful and friendly. A warm smile and greeting can definitely set the tone for a good stay. Room was very clean and surprisingly quiet considering we had a room facing the front of the building and the rooms surrounding us were full of kids. Appeared to be fully staffed and we'll maintained. Coffee was good. Breakfast was tasty to me.😁 Many choices from scrambled eggs to bacon and your basic breakfast items like cereal,breads for toast,muffins,danish,fresh fruit,yougurt and I think I saw mini waffles.

Cons:

Didn't get a chance to swim in the out door pool😔 Which looked inviting. It was raining that day although,it didn't stop the young kids I saw from enjoying it 😁 Plus my stay wasn't long enough. All thats on me tho. 🤣 There wasn't anything negative about my stay at Hampton.

Comfortable stay with great breakfast
Pros:

I liked that they gave you fresh towels each night. Everything was clean. Breakfast was yummy. Good choices with protein options!

Cons:

There were a lot of sport tournaments. Some of the kids were rude, yelling in hallways, banging on our door, and up late at night and were very loud.

Never use booking.com they don't refund money even when you didn't cancel.
Pros:

We never got to stay. The receptionist was very nasty, downgraded our room for no reason and I asked for a refund. She said she would and never did and literally said if we don't leave now she's calling the police. We did absolutely nothing wrong and you guys won't give me my money back either. It was never canceled, we had to book another hotel and leave instead. I've spoke to venmo and the corporate office of the hotel. They both said you guys have the money and need to refund it
