Other than check in it was great.
Pros:

Room was clean, good breakfast, very nice hotel.

Cons:

Arrived a little early, a little after 1:00, no early check in. I had to sit in the lobby until 2:45. Check in was 3:00pm.

Never stay at a Hampton again

Very clean

Cons:

Tried to cancel a night well before the deadline. Was first told had to go through booking.com but booking said I had to go through the hotel. Then a different staff member of the hotel said they could not cancel the second night because the hotel was booked up for the weekend. Then upon arrival was told we would be charged an additional $100 deposit onto my card incase of any damage to room but would get back 3-4 days after checkout if everything was ok. This was not disclosed anywhere. And finally. We booked a king bed room and was given 2 queen beds room. Never stay at a hotel with this name again. Staff was rude and some did not speak good English and no help at all .

In Manchester ist das Hampton Inn eine sehr gute Wahl: sauber, freundlich, guter Preis.
Pros:

Ausgesprochen freundliches Personal. Ein vergessener Föhn wurde mir nachgesandt. Dazu ein erstklassiges Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Auch die Lage ist sehr gut. Alle Ziele haben wir gut erreicht.

Cons:

Alles war wie erwartet oder hat unsere Erwartungen übertroffen.
