It was close to Disney
The car door wouldn’t open it was a headache walking back and forth to the gentleman in the front till someone came to open it .
The rooms were old and falling apart. The shower rod was broken. Water kept going everywhere. The room smelled.
Staff was very helpful and accommodating.
Ran out of towels quickly.

Outdated and old. Tired looking. Don’t know what was going on with housekeeping: they left their cleaning chemicals in the room and didn’t change our towels. Plus THERE IS NO SHUTTLE TO DISNEYLAND!!!
The 24 hour pool and hot tub!
Room was not ready at check In said it would be ready 3 hours later. And would call us. Never called us. And then would not be of any help at the front desk. They were rude as hell.
The hotel is in a great location, quick Uber to Disneyland. The staff are all friendly and helpful. The room was typical and not noteworthy. In room phone did not work. Bathroom was a bit dated. Chips in furniture and on painted doors, etc. Stains on mattress. Bedding was not the same on each bed
The staff were nice
Very low budget definitely not a four-star by any means the rooms were in terrible shape super noisy. The doors were heavy and awkwardly and noisy. The bathrooms were disgusting, the fixtures were broken and very dirty overall room was not clean. I would definitely not recommend this place to anybody especially somebody that’s coming for a vacation to go to Disney and have a good time. They’re gonna be horribly disappointed by this property.
Bathroom fans didn’t work, flushing feature on toilet not working properly. I have to remove the lid and make it flush. These concerns were brought up to the front desk. Washing machine is to complicated and then didn’t work when needed. Machine wash so sold money when washer didn’t work…

Had two rooms. Other room had an odor so they checked out.
I’ve been here a few times. I always enjoy myself. The pool is 24 hours which I love. Parking is not free, but most of all hotels by Disney charge nowadays. My room was clean and the AC worked well. Thank you for turning on the TVs outside by the pool so we could watch the World Cup! Almost forgot to mention that there is a mini refrigerator. I’ll be back again
There are no microwaves in the room. (One in the lobby)
And it’s time to get new mattresses. They are not every comfortable.
The lobby was very nice and the staff were helpful.
The room had some issues (not sound-proof at all, door lock wasn’t functioning properly and the toilet seat was broken). The pool was very cold.
