No me gustó de booking, que solicite este hotel por que tenía piscina y claramente decía en mantenimiento hasta Julio, tomé la reserva para Agosto x eso por el cumpleaños de un niño a la piscina y resulta que no estaba habilitada, muy mal para nosotros esta falta de seriedad, no volveré a usar esta plataforma para mis próximas reservas

Who Hotel stinks like chemicals, my clothes still stinks after week like chemicals. Light in bathroom was terrible - too dark. Old Stinky carpets. Terrible breakfast, Old elevators sketchy to use.

Pros:

Room was large, kitchenette area was helpful for baby.

Cons:

Pool was closed without advance notice, housekeeping service was only every 3 days without any notice upon checkin. Staff was far from hospitable except for gentleman that checked me in. Food was mediocre with frozen turkey sausages that made us sick.

Not a good experience.
Pros:

Breakfast was great.

Cons:

The property overcharged us an additional nights due to not confirming with the three party that are stay had already been paid for. They refused to help us and the money wasn’t released immediately.

Very comfortable place to stay
Pros:

We stayed here for 6 nights for a roller derby tournament. The beds were comfortable and the breakfast was very good. The staff were consistently friendly and helpful. The exercise room was adequate for a quick work out. The location was convenient and there is a very nice business park with small lakes and a path just a couple of blocks away. There are a couple restaurants next door, the Italian one was very good. Not far from stores, restaurants, etc.
