barely adequate.
Pros:

bed & sheets new, conviently located near restaurants & highway

Cons:

hall carpet grungy worn out. halls reaked of vaping smoke. No daily room make-up. footsteps overhead keeping me awake after midnight.

Pros:

The bathroom and refrigerator were full of mold. The bed has roaches in it. The place just wasn’t clean. We got there late and really couldn’t change we were stuck.
