The location was exceptional making all the sights within easy walking distance: El Retiro park 12 minutes; The palace 30 minutes and a Supermarket just a few minutes away.
The breakfast was superb and being served 7-12 everyday gave so much flexibility. Comfortable bed, pillows and quality bedding. Hotel staff were all fantastic, including breakfast and cleaning. Highly recommend.

We had a great experience at this hotel. Surprisingly for the value / location ratio. The room was perfect, very good size, very comfy bed and super clean bathroom well equipped. We did everything by walking from the hotel, it is central in Madrid. And last but not least, the staff was super nice with great advice (restaurants, visits).
We liked everything. Only two points: please add paper tissues in the room, and the breakfast was good, but not exceptional.
Great location, all major attractions are within walking distance. Plenty of bars and restaurants around. 15 mins walking distance to Atocha station. 5 mins to the closest metro station.

A great location. So close to the Prado and gardens whilst also being easy walking to central shopping and historic Madrid. Also the rooms are beautifully appointed and I loved being able to open the doors to the little balcony and enjoy the ambience of the city in Spring.
