Amazing stay!
Pros:

Oh my goodness, how can I describe that place? There’s nothing wrong about it. I loved the location, how beautiful it was, how sweet everybody was. I would definitely return to Madrid and stay at the same place!

Fantastic staff, great location, unforgettable stay in the heart of Madrid
Pros:

A wonderful stay in Madrid. The staff were fantastic from check-in to check-out — warm, thoughtful, and always quick with great communication and assistance whenever we needed anything. The room itself was beautiful, well-designed, and comfortable. A special mention for Faku, the hotel bartender, who added a lovely touch to our evenings. The location is another huge plus — right in the heart of the Barrio de las Letras, within easy walking distance of so many wonderful things to see and do in Madrid. Highly recommend Room Mate Alba for anyone visiting the city.

Lovely hotel!
Pros:

Room was nicely decorated and clean, not too small either. Location perfect with breakfast and diner options around the corner. Most sight seeing on walking distance, including the Retiro park and Prado museum. Staff also very nice!

Cons:

Would be nice to have some slippers in the room. Also, the lighting on the second floor was so dark, as a single female traveler I felt very uncomfortable going to and leaving my room. I get that it’s the setting of the hotel, the dark and romantic look but would be good to have a bit more lighting.

Great stay
Pros:

Stylish, modern yet classy hotel with spacious rooms and very comfortable beds. The in-room coffee machine and Dyson hair dryer were great touches. Perfect location within walking distance of many attractions. We would definitely stay here again.
