J’ai passé un excellent séjour dans cet hôtel . J’ai particulièrement apprécié la propreté impeccable, le confort du lit et le calme, qui m’ont permis de vraiment me reposer. La décoration était soignée et l’ambiance très agréable. Le personnel était accueillant et disponible, ce qui a rendu l’expérience encore plus plaisante. Je recommande cet établissement sans hésiter et j’y reviendrai avec plaisir.

Great location. Room was a bit dark and bathroom had a strong bleach smell
The location is very central, yet it's still quiet compared to other areas in downtown Madrid. As always, the hotel has excellent staff who are very friendly and attentive. The rooms are excellent—the beds, sheets, and pillows are, as always, top-quality!

The place is excellent. The location, the friendly staff, & the comfortable bed.
We had a great stay. The hotel is located in a central area and in walking distance to many of the tourist spots. The neighbourhood is interesting with plenty of restaurants and shops… There’s also a great laundromat a few minutes away for anyone like us with a suitcase full of dirty clothes! Staff were so friendly and helpful, our room was large and well designed - a superior double, with plenty of space. We had a huge bathroom and one of the most comfortable beds ever! We had a great stay and would return if visiting Madrid again.

We had a great stay. The hotel is located in a central area and in walking distance to many of the tourist spots. The neighbourhood is interesting, with plenty of restaurants and shops.. there’s also a great laundromat a few minutes away for anyone like us with a suitcase full of dirty clothes! Staff were so friendly and helpful, our room was large (superior double) with plenty of space for suitcases in the hallway, had a huge bathroom and one of the most comfortable beds ever! We had a great stay and would return if visiting Madrid. again.

We had an attic loft room which was great. Excellent electric black out shutters if you are concerned about the daylight with those big windows. Excellent AC that kept it cool. Desk personnel were very helpful. Breakfast was very good. An excellent week in Madrid. The only negative was the workout room in the basement, which was so musty as to really be unusable—but how much do you really want to work out on vacation? The location was ideal. Metro was close if desired. Our rooms were exceptionally quiet.
