Kurzer Aufenthalt das 1. Mal in Sardinien
Pros:

Das Hotel liegt am Rand von Cannigione in einer ruhigen Gegend mit vielen Häusern. Die Zimmern und auch die Rezeption wurden schön, mit Geschmack und angenehmen Farben ausgestattet. Das Personal im ganzen Hotel ist sehr nett und immer hilfsbereit.

Cons:

Wir haben ein Doppelzimmer mit Meerblick gebucht, das Meer war in der Ferne kaum zu sehen, man musste ca. 20 Minuten zu Fuß bis zum Meer gehen, dort gab es nur den Hafen und keinen Strand. Der öffentliche Strand war ca. 30 Minuten zu Fuß vom Hotel entfernt, durch Stadtzentrum zu erreichen. Das Badezimmer war viel zu klein, die Dusche gleich neben WC ohne Trennungstür, Waschbecken separat und im Zimmer, beim Eingang. Der Pool war schön aber sehr klein, wie eine größere Badewanne. Das Frühstück war akzeptabel für Italien, leider jeden Tag das Gleiche bekommen und kaum Obst+Gemüse zu sehen. Das Hotel hat sonst kein Restaurant für Abendessen. Es wird nur eine teuere Jause mit 60€ für 2 Personen, als Abendessen angeboten.

Sehr zu empfehlen für einen kurzen Aufenthalt, nach einigen Tagen hat man die Ortschaft und das Hotel gesehen :-)
Pros:

-Sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter vom Empfang bis zum Service
-optisch sehr ansprechende Unterkunft
-gratis Parkplätze
-Zimmer Service, jeden Tag Reinigung und 2x pro Tag frische Tücher

Cons:

-hellhörig, hatten sehr laute Zimmernachbarn
-Frühstücksbuffet dürfte grösser sein
-leider keine Strandlage aber das wussten wir ja :-)

Amazing hotel, staff even better!
Pros:

The staff are all very nice, always happy to help. Anything we asked for they said yes with a smile. The room was great along with the other facilities.

Cons:

Trying very hard to find anything we didnt like, maybe that the shower has no shower enclosure so the water splashes around and the shower room could get wet

Best Hotel in Sardinia!
Pros:

An amazing stay at the Sandalia Hotel! The rooms are well-appointed, the breakfast is delicious, and the location is perfect if you're looking for somewhere peaceful while still being just a short drive from Porto Cervo, San Pantaleo, and incredible beaches.

What really makes Sandalia special, though, is the staff. Every single staff member we met was so kind, welcoming, and genuinely invested in making sure we had the best trip possible. They went out of their way every day to help us book beach clubs and dinner reservations, and their recommendations were always spot on.

To top it all off, I accidentally left my watch at the hotel after we checked out. The staff couldn't have been more helpful. They made the entire process of getting it shipped back to me incredibly easy. That level of honesty, care and service is so rare and really speaks to how much they value their guests.

I honestly can't say enough good things about this hotel. If you're visiting Sardinia, I highly recommend staying at the Sandalia. I had such a great experience and can't wait to come back!

High cost hotel didnt meet expectations
Pros:

Very clean and modern, room was excellent, breakfast also good apart from having to pay an extra 10 euros for a pancake! The cost of the stay should easily cover that. Sane mini bar triple price pay locally

Cons:

Overly managed by staff, eg ringing to tell us to take towels off the balcony! The issues arise because there is not enough information about the hotel, location or excursions. Need more info in rooms and reception area

The stay overall was very good. The staff very friendly they cleaned the room well every day the room itself was lovely

The hotel is beautiful. It’s clean and the Location is amazing.

Cons:

There’s nothing I didn’t like about the Property itself however the amenities were quite poor and the staff didn’t speak much English even though that they were nice and there was no 24 seven room service so we were stuck without food at one point.

Super entspannter Aufenthalt in einem sauberen und modernem Hotel.
Pros:

Uns hat es super gefallen, das Personal ist super freundlich. Die ganze Anlage inkl. Zimmer und Pool sauber und modern. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen.

Cons:

Das Frühstück könnte etwas abwechslungsreicher sein. Es wäre auch nett, wenn der Kaffee und die Eiergerichte serviert werden würden. Das ist aber wirklich Kritik auf sehr hohem Niveau. Es war wirklich alles top.

Simply perfect
Pros:

This was just the best of stays that we could have hoped for.
Location was great, hotel was very clean and well maintained but most of all the staff were simply perfect. We felt very cared for and they couldn’t do enough for us. We took them up on restaurant reservations and they had so many handy tips for the local areas. Special shout out to my great Barman ArchAngelo. His Sandalia special and old fashioned (which he did “off menu”) were great.
