This place has so much potential to be awesome, all depends on the staff
Pros:

Rihanna was an Angel. This place could improve tremendously if the rest of the staff would follow her example.

Cons:

Dishonest rude unhelpful daytime shift ladies. Ignore you when you walk up, then tell you to come back in 30 minutes only to out you on a list with a promise to call you, then never call you. My children and I waited 2 hours after being lied to by the young lady with all the piercings.

Bel hôtel. Petit déjeuner très bien. Pas de ménage sur 6 nuits !

Hôtel très original. La piscine est dans le hall. Un très grand espace avec le restaurant où on prend le petit déjeuner.

Cons:

Nous sommes restés 6 nuits ici. Le ménage dans la chambre n'a jamais été fait ! Même le changement de serviettes ou de papier toilette n'était pas assuré ! Il a fallu réclamer à chaque fois. Sur 6 nuits c'est honteux et coûte des points de satisfaction ! Personnel pas aimable du tout à part la charmante jeune femme brune à l'accueil. À part elle, aucun bonjour et pas facilement disponible. J'ai par exemple dû attendre 10 minutes à l'accueil que la personne présente au comptoir finisse sa conversation téléphonique personnelle pour qu'on s'occupe de moi ! Quand la jeune femme était à l'accueil, toujours souriante et très serviable. À part elle les autres n'étaient pas aimables ! Dommage !

Entrance door falling apart , bathroom had molding and rust , the tile on the walls was falling ,very poor overall and paying 350$ for two nights in a hotel that does not deserve 1 star it’s a rip off .

You cant beat the price. Half the cost of any hotel in the area.

I got what I paid for.
Pros:

The girl at the front desk was great and helpful. Also the bartender was great and food was good.

Cons:

The hotel needs some big upgrades. Also there was a lot of homeless I noticed wandering around in the parking lot area.
