Regrettable
Pros:

Nothing to note that we liked.

Cons:

Hotel room doors didn't lock, facilities are run down and old. Beds are horribly uncomfortable, and we don't have high standards for mattresses.

Good location in a nice hotel for the price.
Pros:

Large warm breakfast. Restaurants on premises. Indoor pool. Impressive entryway.

Cons:

Firm mattresses. Breakfast ends at 9. Things could be cleaner (tables rooms needed wiped down and ping pong/foosball area needs cleaned more regularly).

Pros:

The value of the hotel. can't be beat.

Cons:

The pool was disgusting. Filled with way too much chlorine, couldn't even see your hand hardly in it. The rooms are really outdated and old. Very small bathroom. The breakfast that everyone raves about is just a glorified Holiday inn style thing. Couldn't ever get help from one single employee. It was insane.

Cool lobby and good breakfast

Cons:

The air conditioner was so incredibly loud. Even the sleep mode didn't make it better. I also didn't like that the hotel used the phone number I provided at check-in to text me marketing messages. It was only during the stay (things like happy hour notices), but they did it without my consent.

Mi esposa olvidó su anillo de bodas en el buro de la tv en nuestra habitación, unas horas después ese mismo dia del check out, marqué 3 veces a recepcion de hotel, en la primera llamada me dejaron en espera y sin mas me colgaron el telefono, las siguientes dos llamadas fueron con una señorita( muy amable y nos atendió en español por cierto). Nos dijo que mandaría a alguien a revisar nuestro cuarto, el cual todavía no se limpiaba por nuestra estancia, y el anillo no apareció.

The rooms were spacious, and the breakfast was good. The lobby was decent and had a good atmosphere with couches to lounge on. The pool looked nice, but we did not use that.

Cons:

Our air conditioner wasn’t working right in our room and they had to have a maintenance guy come up to try to see if he could fix it while we were trying to get ready for a party before a wedding so it was really hectic. Then we had to change rooms and move all of our stuff across the lobby into another building and down and up some stairs and that was a huge hassle right before we had to go. There was also some unsightly debris built up
next to the building.

We were very thrilled by all of the hotel. The staff was so courteous.

It was a wonderful place. Very clean and staff was awesome.

The pool had minimal seating and the breakfast Check in was difficult to get to for a person who does not climb stairs.

Cons:

Rooms were not clean, hair in floor and tub in bathroom. Room smelled bad. Breakfast included was horrible, sausage and bacon ran out. You had to pay for an omelette...cheese were included in breakfast 6 months ago. This stay was definitely not worth what we paid!!!
