I had a positive experience at the hotel and would definitely recommend.
Pros:

My room and the property were really clean and the staff were really welcoming and helpful. Also the bed was really comfortable during my stay.

Cons:

The water pressure in shower was quite weak.

Functioneel, prima hotel tegenover het station.
Pros:

Mooie, perfecte kamer. Naar dit hotel kom je vooral omwille van de goede ligging, pal tegenover het station Antwerpen-Berchem. Er zijn enkele goede restaurants en veel gezellige cafés vlakbij, aan het Draak- en Dageraadplein.

Cons:

De voetgangersbrug vanuit het station begint met een vlucht trappen. Een hellend vlak ware veel beter geweest, er is toch plaats genoeg?

Schöner aufenhalt.
Pros:

Super services, gutes frühstück, top lage.

Cons:

Am ersten tag hatte die putzfrau nicht das zimmer gesaugt, und wir waren mit baby da. Es würde aber nach dem bescheid geben des personals direkt erledigt.

Mooi,netjes en gezellig
Pros:

Mooi hotel ,vriendelijk personeel en een goed ontbijt

Cons:

De bedden zijn daar erg hard. Door mijn ziekte kan ik alleen met een topper slapen .deze was mij beloofd en helaas niet gekregen . Dus was het voor mij een ramp nacht .

De gratis upgrade naar een hoge kamer, plus bij deze hitte werkte het klimaatsysteem uitstekend
