Poor on all accounts, would never recommend to anyone

The room was on the top floor, we had to walk up a flight of filthy stairs with rubbish bags on the outside passageway of the apartments. Our apartment linen had not been changed, totally creased and disgustingly unhealthy, the windows were filthy, the washing machine had stains drips, we called the helpline numerous times for dish clothes and sunlight liquid, basic amenities they did not have… def rated as a 1 star never to be repeated…

Uncomfortable, we did not sleep due to noise

Cons:

The noise. We did not sleep all night because other guests were making noise. At one point we had people drinking outside our door and I had my wife and daughter in the apartment.
