Nice place that we would stay at again.
Pros:

The location was amazing. The Tiki bar onsite was a plus, and the bartender Justin was a down to earth kinda guy. The pool area was nice and beach access was as well.

Cons:

The anti smoking Nazi at the desk who would follow you around like a creep making sure you didn't smoke 1 foot outside of the designated smoking area, wich is located on the edge of the property. You can't even enjoy a bourbon and cigar after dinner without basically walking off the property.

Cons:

The AC in are room wasn’t the best. Not the property’s fault but we had turtles nest in front of our building so couldn’t leave are shades open at night with lights on.

Loved the location but room needs some work.
Pros:

The location is excellent! Loved the access to the beach and walking distance to restaurants and grocery stores. Parking was free and private.

Cons:

Our room needs an upgrade.
Pillows were flat, only had 2 towels, hard to get extras. Bed was electric so the top could raise up but one side of the bed didn’t work. Broken knife in the knife block. No paper towels or napkins in kitchenette. Dishes dirty in the cabinet. Beach chairs were rusted and falling apart.
Recliner was stained with what looks like sun tanner.
Furniture tops weren’t clean and the door frame bottoms in the bathroom were missing sections.
Had to go to the front office for shampoo and they don’t give conditioner.

Closet door was broken and probably had been for sometime. Very damp in the room. Parking was unfortunately limited and the overflow was across the street.

A nice place to stay
Pros:

Location and proximity to beach. Good value. Loved that the room had a kitchenette

Cons:

Smoking policy is ridiculous. One staff person needs to work on customer service skills. Seemed like she enjoyed telling you everything you can't do

Cons:

Didn’t realize it wasn’t an actual resort but a group of condos. Not a lot of lighting by elevator- 5th floor or outside on street to find at night.

This place is the perfect getaway! I love the views and the tiki bar and pool. We always have the best time here. The staff is phenomenal!

It’s my 5th and not last time staying here, love it.
Pros:

Beautiful views from every room. Close to the water. Nice pool. Great tiki bar. Great bartenders. Staff is friendly and accommodating.

Cons:

Parking is terrible. Each room has different owners so every room has different beds etc, so some of our rooms had great beds some had terrible beds. We had several rooms.
