De har den bedste pool i byen.

Cons:

Alt for overpris. VI har booket 3 overnatninger med morgenmad for familien og alt betalt før ankomst. Da vi så ankomst og checket ind ved reception, sagde receptionist at vi skulle betale ekstra for vores barn. Ja men han er med til booking. Jeg har aldrig oplevet det før at de kræver mere end man har aftalt. Syntes maden er ikke særlig especial, det larmer også meget. Hotel værelse gang i vores etage på 9 floor lugter af sur tær. Vores hotel værelse er indlukket, kan ikke får frisk luft, møblerne er det samme som 25 år siden jeg oplevede det. Det trænger til opgradering jeg syntes de kan det sagtens. Jeg forslår dem at fjerne de lugtene tæppe fordi vores hotel room lugter af vandskæde. Det var ikke så behageligt. :(

Amazing. We love staying in this Shang in particular
Pros:

-The welcoming staff
-The complimentary late checkout when our flights got changed
-Cleanliness
-You get help almost immediately when asked
-Walking distance to the mall, inconvenience store and airport

Cons:

Breakfast
- it was one of our favourite family bfast place.
Our first day we woke up a bit later and came down at 10am and just to find
out they’ve ran out of “Taho”
So me and my husband made sure we’d be earlier as it was something
I look forward to coming home to the PH.
Lo and behold there was none again. And the mango also was just gone but since I was a little disappointed already regarding the taho they made sure we got the mango but at the end.

Pros:

Pool was amazing, bed was super comfortable. Location is excellent. Easy access to megamall and shang plaza.

Cons:

The price that ive paid would have been including breakfast in other places. In general, hotels in manila are quite expensive compared to other countries.

The best 5-star in Manila
Pros:

This place exceeded all my expectations. My dad worked on building this hotel as a construction manager in the 90s, and it still stands in all its glory. I felt incredibly proud to stay here. The food was exceptional, with endless choices at both breakfast and dinner. We also made full use of the spa and enjoyed truly relaxing, serene massages. The pool was a great size and beautifully surrounded by palm trees. From the moment you step inside, it’s impressive, the marble floors, chandeliers, and all the details of a true 5-star hotel. Just wow!

Cons:

Our stay wasn't long enough, it went by so quickly!
