Such a fantastic place. Breakfast is more like brunch with a billion options. The restaurants inside that we tried were also delicious. Pool is amazing for kids. We got a nice quiet room and slept really well.
Nothing, really! We were supposed to stay only one night and had to stay another one.
Pool was superb, although it can be a bit crowded at times. Room was good in size, appreciate the Nespresso machine and free capsules. Gym was probably the best gym in any hotel I've stayed in so very impressed with that!
The service was exceptional, I had a couple of issues about the first room we were given, but the next morning, after discussing my concerns with the concierge, the staff went above and beyond by arranging a new room for us that completely met all our expectations, with minimal disruption to our vacation plans.
The location is huge and the local traffic is atrocious. This is not a fault with the hotel at all and not something they can be criticised for, but it is something people should be aware of. Rush-hour in Manila, especially around EDSA is very slow-moving and would try anyone's patience!
I liked everything on our stay ,amazing staff ,great food choices at and around the hotel ,convenient to local shopping ,beautiful oasis type feeling in the amazing pool ,convenient well kept smoking area on the second floor out in the open terrace .
International coffee standard in a large mug i just could not get a proper flat white anywhere ,the bakery inside lobby came close it took me 2.5 days to find that in a take away cup ..this is my one and only let down this hotel is amazing !
