Pros:

The location was a few minutes walk from Surabaya Kota Train Station. The buffet breakfast was substantial. The staff were friendly helpful. Highly recommended.

We highly recommend this cute hotel and will definitely stay here on our next trip to Surabaya
Pros:

This boutique hotel is in the old city part of town in China Town. We choose it becase we wanted to experience this area of Surabaya. However we wer pleasantly surprised to find thta the style of the hotel and facilities were excellent.
Breakfast, whilst not quite as elaborate as some of the larger hotels, was nevertheless very good. We loved the fresh, hot Soto Ayam! We took advantage of the walking tour on offer of the old city and found it to be most interesting and well worth the cost. The guide, Moses, was very knowledgeable a delightful to interact with with excellent english. Location was great and staff very kind and engaging.
We ate one dinner in the restaurant and I particularly appreciated the really cold beer! And the menu choice was excellent

Cons:

All good. I would have liked some sourdough bread as an option but that is just a personal preference.

Tout !! C'était incroyable 😍 Le lit était le plus moelleux et confortable qu'on a eu depuis notre séjour. Nous et nos enfants avons dormi comme des bébés. C'est très calme. Tout était très propre. L'hôtel est charmant. Je ne sais pas comment quelqu'un a pu le critiquer dans d'autres commentaires. Le buffet est gargantuesque ! Concernant la climatisation, elle est parfaitement réglable dans la chambre. N'hésitez pas une seconde, je suis juste triste de ne pas avoir pu rester plus d'une nuit.

Unique boutique hotel, warm and welcoming. needs an update in some rooms however very good value
Pros:

Staying here was a unique experience, the owners were very friendly and welcoming, the menu was adequate and the food service was sometimes not as fast as you may like. Having said that breakfast was well worth having and was exceptionally good value.

Cons:

A fridge in the room and a working safe box would have had a significant impact on our overall experience.

Estancia perfecta
Pros:

El personal es excepcionalmente amable.
Elsa y su compañero (creo que se llamaba Herden o algo parecido) fueron geniales.
Se encargaron de subirnos las maletas y llamarnos cuando nuestro transporte estuviera listo.
Cenamos alli y la comida muy sabrosa.
Nos prepararon un desayuno take away.
La piscina es espectacular y tranquila.
El agua de la ducha caliente y agradable.

Cons:

Me gustó todo pero por decir algo, los alrededores parece ser una zona mala. Y digo parece porque seguramente no lo sea. Solo es el aspecto que transmite. No tuve ningún problema.
