Het hotel heeft een heel fijn zwembad. Ook een kleine maar prima gym! Het personeel is ontzettend vriendelijk en het hotel heeft een heerlijk restaurant erbij!
Het hotel ligt wat uit het centrum, in een buurt waar je in de avond misschien niet graag rondloopt. Maar met een taxi een perfecte locatie.

L’hôtel n’est vraiment pas très propre, beaucoup d’humidité dans la chambre, besoin de mettre la clim à 16 pour qu’elle fonctionne et que le carrelage sèche de l’humidité des 2 douche que nous avons pris, nous avons mangé au restaurant c’était vraiment pas bon au point que nous n’avons pas pris le petit déjeuner le lendemain matin, de plus nous avons eu un problème avec les avions nous avons voulu annuler une nuit le personnel nous a dit que c’était ok mais d’attendre 1 jour de plus avant de le faire.. au final pour refuser alors que nous aurions pu le faire le jour même et refaire une réservation différente!
Je déconseille cet hôtel qui a été le pire en indonésie pour nous! surtout au niveau du relationnel !!
Very nice old building with comfortable rooms and a decent restaurant. The breakfast buffet had everything we wanted.
The hotel is located in a somewhat rundown neighborhood but don’t let that worry you! The pool was nice, the kids liked it and we could have drinks in the shade or bake in the sun. Felt like a good start for our indonesia adventure.
Food is slightly overpriced, in the restaurant so many guests dine out. Still cheap for european standard.
The staff were lovely :) and the bed was nice. To be honest, the actual aesthetic or style of the hotel lobby and restaurant area is great also.
Room gets hot, not very soundproof. The fire alarm went off a couple of times. The location is quite odd and in the middle of a textile district or something. The food at breakfast was also lacking compared to many other properties in central Surabaya.

Goeie ligging in oude stad en nabij malls. Sfeervolle receptie/ontbijtruimte en bijzonder vriendelijk personeel.
Directe omgeving ‘s avonds niet echt fijn, maar als je Gojek gebruikt heb je daar geen last van.

It is down some back alleys that you wouldn’t want to walk down at night.
