Pros:

Such a nice hotel! The staff is really friendly, the location is perfect and the food is delicious. We had an amazing stay. Definitely recommended.

Goeie ligging in oude stad en nabij malls. Sfeervolle receptie/ontbijtruimte en bijzonder vriendelijk personeel.

Cons:

Directe omgeving ‘s avonds niet echt fijn, maar als je Gojek gebruikt heb je daar geen last van.

Pros:

櫃檯接待小姐非常樂於助人，解決了我不少的問題，也協助處理火車訂票，非常感謝。大廳的氛圍也令人感到舒適

Cons:

房間設備普通，電視畫面模糊，浴室蓮蓬頭的污垢不少，噴出來的水都分岔了，也只有一種沐浴用品，沒有區分洗髮精、沐浴乳

Pros:

Good size room , comfy bed .staff were fantastic I got express laundry done even though it was too late
They organised a breakfast box for 5am for me. Very accommodating.

Cons:

Kids running around late at night sreaming.. said the rooms were sound proofed... not a chance..I could hear my neighbours clear as day..
The lighting was bad I had to get my torch out to find stuff in my bags.. I am all for mood setting but id also like to see what am looking for without having to use a torch...
Really slow WiFi..

Das Personal, grundsätzlich das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis.

Cons:

Die Lage fand ich nicht so besonders. Auch war das Zimmer etwas abgewohnt und nicht besonders liebevoll eingerichtet, das habe ich, von den anderen Bewertungen, anders erwartet. Eine der zwei Matratzen des Doppelbetts war recht durchgelegen.

We highly recommend this cute hotel and will definitely stay here on our next trip to Surabaya
Pros:

This boutique hotel is in the old city part of town in China Town. We choose it becase we wanted to experience this area of Surabaya. However we wer pleasantly surprised to find thta the style of the hotel and facilities were excellent.
Breakfast, whilst not quite as elaborate as some of the larger hotels, was nevertheless very good. We loved the fresh, hot Soto Ayam! We took advantage of the walking tour on offer of the old city and found it to be most interesting and well worth the cost. The guide, Moses, was very knowledgeable a delightful to interact with with excellent english. Location was great and staff very kind and engaging.
We ate one dinner in the restaurant and I particularly appreciated the really cold beer! And the menu choice was excellent

Cons:

All good. I would have liked some sourdough bread as an option but that is just a personal preference.
