Unser Aufenthalt hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Das Zimmer war sehr schön und die Betten waren sehr bequem.

Besonders praktisch war der sichere Abstellplatz für unsere E-Bikes mit der Möglichkeit, sie dort aufzuladen.

Der Besitzer und der Herr an der Rezeption waren ausgesprochen freundlich, herzlich und sehr hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.

Enttäuschend und Respektlos.
Cons:

Wir haben ein 70qm Appartment mit zwei Schlafzimmer gebucht und ein Doppelzimmer „erhalten“. Nach dem wir den Hausbesitzer aufmerksam gemacht haben, dass wir nicht das gebuchte Zimmer haben, meinte er, dass er dieses bereits weiterverkauft hat. Es gab keine Lösung. Er liess uns mit grösster Enttäuschungdie Heimreise antreten obwohl ich selbst noch im 7. Monat schwanger bin.

Angenehmer Aufenthalt mit kleinem Frühstücks-Minus
Pros:

Wir hatten insgesamt einen angenehmen Aufenthalt im Naturion Hotel Hinterzarten. Das Zimmer war sauber, ordentlich und völlig in Ordnung. Man hat sich wohlgefühlt und es gab nichts zu beanstanden.
Insgesamt ein solides Hotel mit sauberen Zimmern beim Frühstück gibt es aus unserer Sicht noch Verbesserungspotenzial.

Cons:

Das Frühstück war allerdings nicht ganz unser Geschmack. Die Auswahl wirkte auf uns eher spartanisch und wir hätten uns etwas mehr Vielfalt gewünscht. Das ist natürlich Geschmackssache, für uns war es jedoch der einzige Punkt, der den Gesamteindruck etwas getrübt hat.

La camera ampia ed il terrazzo con bellissimi fiori, letto comodo e tutto super pulito
Ottima coibentazione, abbiamo avuto delle giornate dal caldo eccezionale ed in camera si stava bene anche nelle ore più calde. Senza condizionatore e ventilatori…

Cons:

La doccia con un gradino un po alto, il lavabo piccolino ma comunque siamo stati bene, ad Hinterzarten gli alberghi sono in stile classico di montagna

Pros:

Location was great for walks around the Ravenna Gorge. Lake Titisee and Feldberg only a short drive away. Room comfortable with nice balcony. Very attentive staff on reception.

Ми там перебували лише одну ніч, а хотілося б залишитись на довше адже помешкання дійсно чудове!
Pros:

Помешкання дуже красиве, естетичне, чисте та доглянуте. Персонал приємний, сніданок базовий й смачний. Парковки було достатньо.
