Not enough value for $273 per night in the old wing.
Pros:

The location was great. At the heart of the town. I was dumped in the old wing. Worn furniture, noisy pipes at night, overlooking a parking lot, but also the water. The decor and curtains were drab. Maxwell's Restaurant downstairs was spectacular. The elevator was a creaky banged up old horse.

Cons:

Decor, noise level, furniture needed updating.

Pros:

Breakfast was amazing and location to trails and restaraunts was great. The Joyce Pub on site was one of the best meals and drinks we've had in a long time. Our server was exceptional.

Cons:

I genuinely expected more for my money; the bed was extremely uncomfortable, the Joyce Pub connected to the hotel made my boyfriend and I both sick. The pool and jacuzzi was nice except my boyfriend cut his knee on the bottom pretty badly.
