Disappointing for a hotel with its prime position
Pros:

Restaurant staff and food were good even if food was overpriced

Cons:

Beds were very lumpy and well passed their best and linen was of low quality. Everything looked a little tired

The location right next to the river. The beds were very comfortable.

Cons:

Our “River view “ room looked at the river … over/through the rooftop mechanical units. It was quiet enough … as long as the window was closed. The hallway is dark and tired. Not a premium hotel.

Goed hotel maar te duur voor wat er geboden wordt.
Pros:

De locatie.

Cons:

Het is aan de dure kant, vergeleken met andere hotels en voor de voorzieningen die er zijn. Bovendien klopten de prijzen ( van bijvoorbeeld ontbijt) op booking niet met wat er in rekening wordt gebracht.
Kartonnen bekers voor koffie op de kamer.

Pros:

A comfy bed and a coffee machine in the room. The pool was a hit with the kids, but no towels at the pool. Good location!

Cons:

It was really pricey for what it was. It was cheaper in London (UK) for the same level of service. It was impossible to cast our phones to the TV. The elevator was really slow. The breakfast was expensive, but free for children 6 yo and under. The restaurant wasn't open early enough for the runners that participated in the Fredericton Marathon which was probably the half of the guests.

Room was cleaned when we left during the day! The room service was by far my favourite and the staff was polite and he was a gem of a human. Told me it was his first time doing room service and he did fantastic! Me and my misses were happy

We probably won’t stay there again, we stayed at the hotel across the street but wanted to splurge because it was a spec

Cons:

Cleanliness we found hair in the jacuzzi when we arrived. Also the jacuzzi is smaller than expected. The staff texted us multiple times to check in with us to make sure everything was okay, while we appreciate the care and attention we thought the multiple texts was excessive. Also, They woke us up with their texting us. They texted us at 7:45 am and checkout is at 11:00. They could have just asked how our stay was when we left.
