not so clean, bathroom smells of urine. Dont think you can clean it because urine and dirty liquid is soaked in to floor mats.
It was a fast and quick booking process! The room was clean and cozy! I only stayed one night but I look forward to future stays here going forward!!
Everything. I stayed there once before.. the staff is super pleasant. The rooms are totally awesome. The pool water was warm. I highly recommended this place to my family and friends if they’re ever coming through.
The staff is terriffic. I wanted a room earlier then expected. The staff found away to accomidate me. Your pool, room & comfort is exceptional!! My experience was superior n well needed... soon again

Made reservations thru booking I writing stated no other charges which was a lie they charged a 100 dollar incident fee which is by definition a charge not a hold only had 96 in my account was denied a room and they refused reimbursement for the stay and my fiancé had to sleep in our car absolutely BS
The bed was very comfortable room clean housekeeper very nice and helpful
The pool was to small for how many people there were and the weight room was closed

Very very good the front desk staff i can't remember their names but them girls that have attended me have very helpful and understanding on my medical issues stay they went out of their way to accommodate my needs and I'll never forget get that I'm from out town but I'm very known and I will highly recommend this hotel even if my stay in Tucson don't have to do anything to the north part of Tucson I'll still travel all the way to stay with you guys thank you so much 😀

This property needs to fix the HVAC wall units which do not respond to the thermostat and either pump out ice cold air or weirdly switch on and off
