The only good thing was the location, after 5 days. A power outage and room change. I was still unhappy. They make you get wrist bands for the pool the staff is extreamly rude, the housekeeping is terrible.

No towels in swim area
Property basically told me that I smoked in the room and continued to try and charge me a different range of amounts for 2 days ranging from 300-100 mind you I reassured them I did not smoke inside of the room and if that was the case I wouldn’t complain about the charge. Manager continued to speak over me very rudely as if marijuana is illegal! It’s legal and me smoking it in my car in the parking lot shouldn’t affect inside your property whatsoever.
Management is rude and speaks over guest as if she owns the place I’ve stayed there multiple times over the years never ever had this issue!!!
