Property basically told me that I smoked in the room and continued to try and charge me a different range of amounts for 2 days ranging from 300-100 mind you I reassured them I did not smoke inside of the room and if that was the case I wouldn’t complain about the charge. Manager continued to speak over me very rudely as if marijuana is illegal! It’s legal and me smoking it in my car in the parking lot shouldn’t affect inside your property whatsoever.
Management is rude and speaks over guest as if she owns the place I’ve stayed there multiple times over the years never ever had this issue!!!
Great place. Great staff.
Can be a bit noisy at times. Also $100 deposit was a surprise. It's been 12 days and I'm still waiting for the deposit back.
La habitación muy bonita, equipada, limpia y cómoda
Las almohadas muy grandes para el cuello y falta desayuno
I would definitely stay here ANYTIME I'm in the area. The staff was so accommodating to my large traveling family. We needed 5 rooms close in proximity to each other and they delivered to the best of their ability even with the hotel being sold out. We needed a late check in, their concern for my family's safe travels was far more important than my stress of not having a room to sleep in. "We'll save the rooms, you just drive safe." Rooms were nice, comfy, and most importantly CLEAN! I wish I could give more stars and that we could have stayed another night to experience the pool and fitness room. Until next time 3 Palms!
Pool and rooms
Rooms were far apart. No breakfast option.
Thanks evèy thing nice and the people on front desk really good
The man working the night shift from Thailand was excellent and very helpful. Thank you all; my brother and I had a great time with you.
Non
I always stay at 3Palms when visiting my family in Tucson. Especially because it's affordable, I can budget an extra night 🤗
My only suggestion, wrap pool noodles on the pool bars so they are not too hot to hold when entering or exiting pool.
it was scary - the carpets looked like someone was murdered and the room was very Closter phobic and smelled like Pizza
everything was awful to be honest. I would never stay there. The lock on door didn't even work, and was awful smeeling.
Property was well presented and pristine.
Very hard to locate from Interstate 10, especially coming in from the south using vehicle’s GPS. Long drive. Using Ina Road route was easier.
Nothing it was awful
Everything
The room was large, comfortable and more than I expected. The shower was really nice.
The a/c took forever to cool the bedroom. Front room was about 5-10 degrees cooler than the bedroom.
